Fantastic stay! The breakfast was incredible and Raul was super nice with us! Super good professional . Our stay in the hotel was very comfortable, we travel with a baby and everything was super easy for us. They have available cots and baby chairs in the restaurant.

The room was not worth the price, needs renovation. Staff was not caring about guests at all. Loyalty program didn’t work, you can't count on any benefits. Generally I do not recommend especially for people who pay for it extra and expect a better standard.

We stayed 3 nights in this well located hotel. From the moment we checked in we were impressed with the information provided, local area tips and advice and as we were early access to the gym if we wanted to have a shower as our room was not available The hotel is contemporary and our room incredibly spacious with a large king size bed and plenty of space so you didn’t feel crammed in, like most other London hotels. On our return each afternoon to the hotel the doorman greeted us like we were long staying guests. Easy stroll to St Pancras Station

Recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, it’s in a great location, the staff are lovely,particularly in the restaurant . The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable, I used the hotel restaurant for 2 nights, both nights the food was excellent, will stay again when next in London

The hotel is In an excellent central location. The check in was fast and good thanks to Nuriya in the reception who helped us a lot. The junior suite was fine, nothing more than that, not at a high level at all, we've already seen better ones. The breakfast is excellent and the bar is excellent. Thanks to Raul, who works at the restaurant, it was fun and pleasant stay.
