I stayed at the Pullman St Pancras on the 30th November 2025 for one night. As a returning guest, I was looking forward to my stay at The Pullman. I booked a Deluxe Room and was allocated the 15th floor with an amazing view of London. The room was well presented. The only negative for this stay was the greeting and check in at reception. The greeting by receptionist Sintija was disappointing. At no time did she address me by my name. She even asked if I had stayed at the Pullman previously and I replied "yes". She still made no effort to make me feel welcome or address me by my name. When I checked out on Monday, 1st December 2025, receptionist Tyler gave exceptional customer service. He addressed me by my name and apologised when there was a delay printing my account and assisted with by bagage storage. I look forward to a return visit 2026, I hope to a warm welcome.

Convenient location near St Pancras station but disappointing for a 4 star. The window in our room was defective, it did not fully close so it was cold in the room even with the heat on and we had constant noise from the street because of the cracked window. When we mentioned it to reception they could only come up with a standard apology and no compensation.

Always a pleasure to stay here with large rooms and large, very comfortable beds! Staff are always pleasant and friendly and the customer service in the event of an issue is excellent.

Pullmans doesn't wow me

So second time staying..its handy for the station and handy for the centre for xmas parties. The rooms are sizable ..stay upper levels for peace and quiet. Its expensive.. drinks are not cheap but its central London and their are lots of pubs about. Champagne id that's your tipple is not cheap. The service is up and down in the bar.. no mid range champagne ran out ..there's a surprise. We had two bottle of Tattinger 1st bottle was not cold.. 1st waitress was .. honestly you didn't make me and my party feel special... you were more Interested in the big groups. You would do well to remember your service standards ..there are a lot of hotels in London and I give you my corporate business. Not for much longer frankly if I continue to feel undervalued. Dissapiointed is how I will leave today ..shame..
