Great location. Underground both directions, 1 block from Eurostar, buses, lots of restaurants, pubs and bars all around. Good size room and bathroom. Good helpful and friendly staff. Terrific breakfast each morning and we ate a couple of dinners as well - great food. But miscommunication between hotel and breakfast staff that never got updated and required long wait and explanations each morning. Our visit coincided with warm days and the rooms were hot. Couldn't sleep. No AC. Not all rooms allowed opening windows. Changed room to shaded side of building and opening window - better but not great. Good hot water and decent pressure in the shower.

Breakfast standard falling, room could be cleaner.

Efficient and friendly checkin, comfortable room, nice bar and good breakfast located where we wanted to be. Would stay again. Slightly on the expensive side but isn't everything?

The heating in the room was very high and the thermostat could not be altered. Couldn’t get a response from reception, housekeeping, room service - phone wasn’t picked up. Reception always had a long queue and understaffed. No one available to help in four star hotel.
