No Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

Excellent location. Great facilities. Lovely room. Very spacious. All members of staff were extremely helpful - save for the person who checked us in. There was some confusion with my nationality (Australian but living in the UK) - and when I said I didn't have my passport with me (why would I - I travelled from the Cotswolds down to London), he baulked and became argumentative - it was like an interrogation by Border Force! He demanded to see my passport, which I had to reiterate, that I did not have. I had to provide what seemed like my entire life story to him, and to the busy reception hall, full of strangers! It left me quite upset. I do not know the person's name, as they were not wearing a name badge.

The rooms were nice and spacious. We were glad to get an upgrade. The restaurant and bar has got an amazing vibes. We have been staying there a couple of times and would like to go back again.

Nice location. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. I was on the second floor. Not the best option. No view at all. There was a tiny window high up but couldn't see anything. The room was not impressive at all. Maybe the ones on higher floors are nicer. I'd rather pay a little more and stay at Renaissance.
