The Pullman is a wonderful clean hotel close to Kings Cross, the staff are very attentive and polite. The rooms are clean and well kept. My key challenge this trip was that my room was so warm that I was uncomfortable and unable to sleep in the evenings. Upon discussing with the front desk staff, I was informed there was nothing that could be done to fix the cooling system in the room/thermostat and they did provide me with a fan for the room. The fan was quite out of date and broken/loud and was of little relief for the warm temperature. Would recommend an update to the heating/cooling system and fans in the event of warm days. Otherwise, the room was very nice.

Well situated close to the Pancras International and Underground stations, making it very convenient to get around London. Also very quiet in the evening, so able to get a full night's sleep.

We were given an 11th story room and it had some incredible views! The bed was comfortable, service at front desk was attentive, kind and helpful along with the door men service. The room was squeaky clean, well decorated, comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay!
