The hotel is well located, a short walk from King's Cross station. However, the building was over-heated and management could offer no solution. Our room was consistently 27 C / 80 F day and night, which made for an uncomfortable stay. The "DJ" in the restaurant on the first floor also produced thumping music that reached our room well into the early morning. I have come to expect more from a Pullman hotel. This was a disappointing stay.

Lovely hotel staff very good efficient. Unfortunately music during the evening extremely loud so much base not possible to talk. Very little consideration for different age groups. Same level and music type all evening. My friends and I moved over the road for drinks and chat. Music also but pleasant
