Very warm room, bad mattress

Good location between St Pancras and Euston. Room was extremely warm, no AC to cool it down. Even with windows open. Something wrong there. Bed was very uncomfortable. Clearly not a 4 stars standard. Same for the sofa bed for the kids, not suitable and even dangerous. Staff at the desk not friendly. Hello, thank you, goodbye are not part of the vocabulary. Aurelia at the bar was very nice, friendly, giving great advice with patience.

Please allow me to express my sincere apologies, as this in no way reflects the high quality of service we strive to provide. Rest assured that our maintenance team has been made aware of the sofa bed feedback and will address it accordingly. Whilst it was great to see the sunshine this weekend, as our system is an air cooling system, it takes the air from outside which was unseasonably warm. Moving forward, our system is now in summer mode. It was disappointing to hear that you felt our reception team were not friendly during your stay with us. We normally receive lots of great comments about our team, so we will ensure that we take this up with Front Office Management. In contrast, thank you for your great feedback regarding Aurelia, we will be sure to pass on your comments to her. Once again, thank you again for bringing your feedback to our attention.
