Kia Ora Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed our excellent location and found our team friendly during your stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the in-room amenities. As part of our sustainability initiatives, we do not provide bottled water or minibars in our rooms. Queenstown's tap water is of excellent quality and safe to drink. Slippers are available on request from our front desk team, and we would have been happy to provide these during your stay. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bathroom presentation, particularly the shower curtain, and have shared your comments with our housekeeping team for review. It’s also lovely to know that our front desk team remained friendly and helpful throughout your visit. We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced with parking. Due to our central location and limited space, valet parking is the only on-site option and is charged accordingly, which is standard across Queenstown, particularly during busy periods. We understand that relying on street parking and having to move the car can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience in this regard.
