Not a 4 Star Hotel, but the price sure is.

This is not a 4 star hotel and the price is premium! Plus, no parking for hotel guests, although that’s how it was promoted. The bathroom had missing paint and crackling. The mountain view: yes, we got that, past the shops. Not what I expected for a property that touts itself as a 4 star.

I apologise for the disappointment caused by the bathroom condition you experienced, as well as the view not aligning with what you anticipated from the room description. Your comments regarding maintenance and presentation have been noted and shared with the appropriate teams. I also understand your frustration regarding parking. Due to our central lakeside location, on site parking is limited and offered via valet service. We aim to be transparent about this in our booking information, and I’m sorry if this did not come across clearly at the time of your reservation. While many guests appreciate our location and proximity to town, I regret that your overall experience fell short of what you would expect from a four star property, especially given the rate paid. 위치는 매우 좋아 편안하게 이용하였습니다. 조식 포함이라 편했습니다. 주차가 발렛 일박에 50달러로 이용만 가능하다하여 어려웠습니다. 노상에 주차 찾아헤메이고 옮기고 빼고 그래야해요. 뒤에 자리가 있음에도 못 세우게 하네요. 다음에 퀸즈타운간다면 다른 호텔에 묵을래요.

Nice hotel in amazing location but no parking for guests

Nice hotel in an amazing location - arguably the best in town. Perfect for families with young kids as the beachfront playground was outside our door if you're in the wing closer to the beach. However, hotel did not communicate that we needed to reserve parking and when we showed up after a LONG flight, they left us to fend for ourselves to find street parking during a very busy week. We stayed for 4 nights and no parking was available during the time. The front desk should have communicated to guests at time of reservation to also make reservation for car parking. When we checked in, the front desk made it seem like it was pretty frequent that valet parking runs out sounds like this is a common issue. Given price paid, I would have expected better communication on this point

I really love the location of this hotel. its very near by the river bank and to the market.. Rooms are good... Really love the hospitality especially Mr. Pradip at front desk who guided very well and Mr. Karan(with long moustaches) at bar counter who is very professional in his work. He made made very good cocktails for me, really like his behavior towards the customers, really appreciate genuine guy...
