Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr freundliches Personal und gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut! Leider zog durch die aircon Zigaettenrauch ins Zimmer, was wir sehr unangenehm fanden. Die Terasse am Nil war sehr gemütlich mit gutem Service. Wir haben mehrmals im Kebabgy gegessen, und es hat uns gut gefallen.

Obwohl das Hotel schon älter ist, wirkt es recht gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Zimmer war, wenn auch etwas abgewohnt, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es störte uns, dass durch die aircon teils sehr schlechte Luft hereinkam, manchmal auch Zigarettenrauch. Das Frühstück war erstklassig und liess keine Wünsche offen! Wir waren dreimal im Restaurant Kebabgy zum Abendessen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und das Essen war vorzüglich. Auch im Sud haben wir das Essen genossen.

Luxuriöses Hotel, großes Zimmer mit "partial Nile view" im 14. Stock. Balkon wurde hotelsseitig auf Nachfrage sofort geöffnet. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und einwandfrei verbunden mit der Möglichkeit, draußen auf der Terrasse am Nil zu frühstücken. Metro fussläufig gut zu erreichen.
