Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 24. Etage mit einem fantastischen Blick. Das Frühstück war erstklassig. Auch die Restaurants im Hotel waren sehr gut und deutlich besser als die Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Leider hat das Hotel keinen deutschen Fernsehsender, spanisch, italienisch, englisch, französisch sind vorhanden leider deutsch nicht.

Immer wieder kehre ich gern hier hin zurück. Jedesmal spüre ich was magisch… die Kraft des Lebens. Das fliessende Wasser des Nils, welches mich stetig umgibt. Dazu kommt die Gastlichkeit, die hier auf höchstem Niveau vom Management bis hinunter zum Roomboy oder Portier gelebt wird. Es ist immer wieder für moch, wie nach Hause zu kommen. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Reda Thabet Hana Bishay und sein Team im 16. Stockwerk im Club „le Millésime“. Der Butlerservice hier ist so was von warmherzig und weltklasse! Herzlichen Dank!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und guter Services während des Aufenthaltes. Es liegt direkt am Nil, ohne großes Straßen drum herum und damit für Kairo absolut ruhig. Die Executiv - Lounge ist besonders zu empfehlen.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr freundliches Personal und gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut! Leider zog durch die aircon Zigaettenrauch ins Zimmer, was wir sehr unangenehm fanden. Die Terasse am Nil war sehr gemütlich mit gutem Service. Wir haben mehrmals im Kebabgy gegessen, und es hat uns gut gefallen.
