Billing chaos that continues after checkout

I fully prepaid a half-board stay through the official channel, yet I was double-charged for both the room and the food. I was repeatedly asked to pay again at check-in, for dinner, for breakfast, and again at checkout because the booking was allegedly “not visible” in their system. Even after leaving the hotel, the issue persisted. Duplicate charges remained on my card, and I am still spending time trying to recover the amount that should never have been charged in the first place. Management was contacted, but did not respond. For a hotel marketed as premium, this level of billing control and follow-up is unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the bed is Sofitel so very comfy, the location is great on Place Jourdan, Nice Neighboorhood with bars and restaurants… Not far from other great site of Brussels We had an issue with the Window and they directly sent us someone to repair… repair not possible so they prepared another room very quickly! Room service: I asked for ice and less than 3 min later my ice was there! The fastest service I never had! We took this hotel because it was « Spa » but there only massage and one hammam, I was expecting more like hot tub, sauna, small pool…

Friendly staff, nice hotel.

Stayed 2 nights in suite and a standard room. The rooms are ok, basic. Sadly i did not get the sofitel standard bedding. The topper is soft and good, and also the sheets lovely, but the bedding lacks of support. (i have a sensitive back and thats why i chose this hotel instead of the Le Louise after knowing it had become MGallery) Breakfast is good with good selection and i love the greens section. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. Location is not center but wonderful, i like staying in this square. Its a change from the Le Louise area. We came in during the new year and on 31st most establishments are closed in this square. It is easy to take uber everywhere though. We are accor diamonds, and this hotel has no executive lounge. seems like its not a thing in Sofitel accross Europe.

It is a very nice hotel, located near restaurants and the eu institutions. The room was beautiful, the bathroom was beautiful and had high end balmain amenities. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great stay at Sofitel Brussels Europe for my one stay stopover, after a long bus travel. Friendly and professional staff guide you through check-in and it makes me very happy and more comfortable that they offer early check-in. Room is very comfortable for a good rest. Will sure back back again for my future travels in Belgium as Brussels as start point in combination stay at Sofitel.
