Excellent hotel in a good enough location right on a neat plaza with lots of restaurants and wine bars around it. The hotel is in excellent condition plus its restaurant had very tasty and flavorful food at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it even if you’re not in the hotel. Dinner was delicious 🤤

From the moment we stepped inside, we were treated like VIPs. Martina welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service. She gave us all the necessary information, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. I had arranged a special proposal for my girlfriend since it was Valentine’s Day, and the hotel went above and beyond. The room was beautifully decorated with roses, creating the perfect romantic atmosphere. As a thoughtful gesture, we even received delicious Neuhaus chocolate as a thank-you for choosing the hotel. Martina truly stood out as a top manager, making sure we had everything we needed and letting us know we could reach out to her at any time. Her dedication and hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and personal experience!

Beautiful and colorful decorated lobby! Greeted and checked in by the friendly and warm, Miss Clara. She was very nice and helpful who assisted us with our needs throughout the 6 days stay! Not forgetting to mention also Miss Tessa, who helped us when Miss Clara wasn't around. Location of the hotel is in a quiet yet convenient Place Jordan. Easily access to restaurants and supermarkets. Metro station is a 10 mins walk away. Room is big and clean. The housekeeping team is also very nice and friendly which made our stay truly lovely! Awesome breakfast! Many selections and delicious. I didn't get the breakfast servers names. But a young lady and a man who never forgot my 2 tea bags since day 1 were amazing! Overall, a very memorable and happy stay with Sofitel Europe Brussels! Thank you guys! Simply love it!
