Really good hotel in Brussels centre

If in Brussels this is an excellent hotel to stay in a few metres walk from Grand Place and Central station. The hotel staff were great, they were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel also has a nice bar to relax in after a hard days sight-seeing.

Terrible what I witnessed a male manager I think his name was Gregory shouting at his members of staff very rude towards them he made a young girl cry who I presume must on been on a work placement you should be ashamed !! He smelt strongly of alcohol as I walked past him I won’t be returning, hope you are held accountable for your actions, shame as we had a great time in this beautiful city !!!

Excellent location, small room, very good breakfast.

Hotel is perfectly located just a few minutes walk away from grand central station and also only a very short walk from Grand Place. Check-in was quick and efficient even though we were late arriving. Our room was on the 5th floor so ceiling was dormer style with very small window on the dormer slope. This made an already very small bedroom feel even smaller! Bathroom perfectly adequate but only had two very thin worn towels. It’s worth paying €15 for breakfast as there’s a good selection of cereals, fruit, yogurt, croissants, cold cuts and some hot options. The waffle maker was very busy while we were there with a selection of toppings! Fresh orange juice and good coffee options also available. Would have no hesitation recommending this hotel if you don’t mind a small room and having to ask for extra towels.

Our first time to Brussels and we chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Grand Place and Centre of town. Very attentive staff and a friendly atmosphere. Room was just what we wanted and met our needs. The breakfast was a highlight. Well presented and great range on offer. Overall a first class stay. Recommended

Very nice hotel, ideally situated just a few steps away from the grand place, safe and tourist area, parking lot, 25 euros a day just next to it, thechotel really has a lot to offer. Efficient staff, amenities basic, rooms all right, nothing too fancy but very good quality price.
