Stayed in their two bedroom suite because it was not much more than a regular room required for 3 people near the train station. The room was big overall with very nice bathroom and two good beds. The location is great for shopping and eating with the Grand Place essentially half a block away.

This hotel is in the perfect location for all of Brussels famous attractions, it is situated just off Grand Place around 75m in a very vibrant and cosmopolitan area. The hotel is off a high standard we stayed in room 409 on the fourth floor over looking lots of restaurants and bars, and with a good view of grand place, the room was of a very good size lots of storage space and a good size bathroom and separate toilet. Staff where warm and friendly and knowledgeable. We had breakfast which was included and had a good selection of hot and cold food and would definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I was there with my two daughters 9&12. Staff was kind and very helpful. They provide a free water bottle in the room and tea/coffee (instant) with a kettle. Room was simple and clean. I like that they have large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the room. There is a small fridge (very small) which we kept some food in. (Cheese meat fruit). Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice. Not too busy. We all found different things to eat. Was Definetly worth it as the kids are free. We paid 35 Euros to check in early but it was well worth it after the transatlantic flight. Location is ideal. Super close to everything. Comic book museum is close by (1 min) and so are a bunch of restaurants etc. 3 mins walk to grande place the main tourist area. 4-5 minutes from the central train station which was great for our day trip to Bruges. The main bed was very comfortable and was perfect for my daughter and I. My eldest stayed in the sofa bed which was dated I believe and needs to be changed. Very lumpy and warped. Things to improve: real coffee machine with milk for coffee in the fridge. Not just the powder. Provide a water bottle every day (not just one per stay). The single sofa bed needs upgrading. Overall a great stay. All staff I spoke to were very kind. Very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again for a stay in Brussels. Price Vs. Location and overall amenities was well worth it!

Well situated, modern hotel and rooms very comfortable. Renovation will certainly make things even better! Staff very friendly, the bar was perfect for relaxing with Yani the cheerful barman and good playlists for an enjoyable drink ! I recommend this hotel !

I am a travel agent so couldn't not share my review for this hotel. I have been speaking with the Novotel staff Off Grand Palace and they couldn't be more helpful. They assist me with booking hotel transfers to the airport, cared for my clients during their stay and also arranged for some beers to be placed in the room upon arrival for my client. Will book with Novotel in the future for my clients and myself!
