A comfortable stay

We had an enjoyable two nights in this hotel. We decided upon a Superior room, and it was extremely comfortable. Our room overlooked a small park, and it was quiet - in fact, we also heard no noise from adjacent rooms, even though the hotel was full. There was a good selection of food for breakfast; and the bar was open all day and night for drinks and snacks. The hotel is well managed, and the staff are friendly and efficient. We shall return!

Good value for money for mine and my parents short stay. The room wasn’t the biggest but we knew that when booking the hotel room. It did just fine for the 2 nights stay. The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. Very close to the public transportation so easily could get the main centre with ease. Overall good value for money.

Room was minimalist, bed, chair and some wrought iron work for shelves and wardrobe but clean with a decent shower. Obviously, more of a place to sleep rather than to chill out in the room. Bar service was good and loved the bottles of Brussels Beer Project beers. Location is quiet, a tram ride from the station but lots of great bars and restaurants a short walk away. Abbaye de la Cambre and Bois de la Cambre within walking distance well worth a visit.

Rooms are not to big, good they have airco otherwise it would have been way to hot. Very decent soundproofing. Polite and helpful staff. Public transport within 100 meters. Nightshop at the opposite of the hotel. Private parking available if there is a spot.

We had originally booked at the ibis styles Brussels Louise,but on arrival were told that due to “technical difficulties” we had been moved. I did think that that this hotel was not in as good a location as our original choice, but there was a bus stop to central station across the road, and the tram stopped a couple of minutes walk away.On entry the receptionist was quite abrupt and this was not the welcome I would have expected.Both the hotel and the room itself were clean and modern,the room was a good size and decorated in an interesting manner.We were in a room at the rear of the hotel which was quiet and had a lovely view over a small park.Breakfast was good with a nice choice of hot and cold food,and it was nice to have freshly squeezed orange juice available.There was a pleasant courtyard to either eat in or enjoy the view. I have no idea what the original hotel would have been like,but I was quite happy with the alternative, and as we were only staying for one night I would genuinely have liked to stay longer.
