12:00 check-in turned into a 14:10 check-in as room was unavailable. Went downstairs to the restaurant to get some drinks on an outside table as it was a hot day. The restaurant maitre d' turned us away however stating that it was restaurant service only. When we did finally get the key to our suite (suite 1123) we found one issue after another. The wooden floor lamp in the main salon was visibly broken and battered (very shabby) One of the pillowcases had a disgusting yellow stain on it. The rug on the floor was heavily stained in many places. The Google Chromecast unit in the main salon did not work (the one in the bedroom did) There was a faeces stain on the main toilet seat. There was also no shower gel in the dispenser within the shower. During the evening we had children playing 'knock and run' on our door. The mattress topper on the main bed didn't fit and was significantly smaller than the actual mattress. The list goes on. Overall one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had.

Nice hotel. I am always staying there while I am in Monaco. Comfortable, good location service is professional. Rooms are enough big and comfortable. Cleanliness of the hotel is high leveled. Menu in restaurant is also not bad

Great staff, but the rooms are dirty A.F. and the dining areas were not properly maintained (too much of that "sudiste" attitude). Still fighting to unlock my 370 EUR deposit, even after being charged AND debited for the full amount of my stay. UNBELIEVABLE. The only thing they have to do is signal it to their bank so that they unlock it and they refuse to do so, arguing that all is well at their end. Guess what: IT'S NOT! The amount is still BLOCKED! Total lack of professionalism, empathy, service and common sense. I wrote several emails, I've only received a phone call this morning to tell me I'm basically wrong. WHAT THE HELL ?!?!? I shared all the pdf of the transactions from my account for the local management to check and still, nothing's happening! Not even an email to update!!! Where did the general manager find his hospitality degree??? In a candy jar???? That property is a joke and an insult to the entire hospitality industry.

Tried to push me into every kind of additional services. They charges me for a 4 kilo and 17 year old dog who only wanted to sleep 20 Euros per night for nothing, Noise from the construction site at 8 am on a holiday, the gym low level

The most important for me is clean and quiet. The moment I arrived the people were efficient and I was able to go straight to my room. I knew the room so no surprise for me. The TV is nice and big and the bathroom is nice and clean. All good.
