Adequate but cheap

Small room but adequate for short stay. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Good location, close to centre etc..Bit noisy during night due to late night crowds. Overall suitable. Ps , i think in warmer temperatures it may be uncomfortable.

Set your expectations to BUDGET and maybe avoid in the Summer

I'd only really recommend going here if your budget is tight and you aren't going in a hotter month. The good: Room was overall fine for a cheap hotel. Breakfast was simple but did the job. Staff were friendly. The bad: No air con, nor bug nets on the window means you are getting hot and probably bitten. They provided a laughably small fan. I felt sorry for the staff having to work in that heat. Our towels also weren't replaced after they took the used ones.

the positives are that they gave new towels every day and made only our double bed (forgot about the bunk bed) every day. the worse thing was the rooms were very hot and they had just a mini fan which was not enough for 3 of us. the person sleeping on the bunk bed was suffering from the heat. the room did not have air conditioning and fan provided was extremely small. I would not recommend this hotel for families. the bed was uncomfortable. the mattress was not comfortable and i was not able to have a good sleep. the pillow was also so lightly filled and sloppy that i could not feel the pillow. it was a very uncomfortable 4 nights ever.

Recently stayed in here when in Lille. To say its budget is an understatement, receptionist were friendly enough. Room was clean, but beds not great. No safe, free wifi. Wouldn't return.

Missing laptop - phone numbers provided not working under any circumstances. Please get in touch as soon as possible.

I left my laptop behind and all the phone numbers provided by Ibis hotel, booking.com and google will not ring through. I have emailed recently and await a reply. It is stressful circumstances which is made all the more difficult without having a point of contact.
