Great place to stay and staff extremely nice .Rooms nice and clean .Amazing breakfast and very cooperative staff . The only issue is little far from main city center /Eiffel Tower. However the neighborhood is really good and has many eating joints .

It's expensive but small space , good in location

We stayed at this location during our visit to paris, This place had the accommodation for 4 people with breakfast included. Price is definitely high but in a closer distance to the train station. If you are planning to take Uber to the eiffel Tower, it will cost between twelve two twenty euros. The neighborhood is good with a lot of restaurants in walking distance and also a grocery store nearby. The hotel also has a restaurant and a bar which is good. There are water filling stations available, so you don't have to worry about buying water. The rooms are not that specious for a people of 4, especially additinal beds provided. It's not good. It creaks a lot. The shower has a good water flow and hot. All other accessories like iron, hair dryer, everything was handy. The room was maintained every day, and the new towels are kept, which is great. One good thing about this hotel is the buffet, They have a huge buffet, pre made crepes, and waffles fresh to make eggs in addition to plenty of buffet options. We enjoyed the buffet doing our stay here. It's probably the best buffet we had in all other novotel. The air condition in the room sucks. It's not a great value for the money, but for the location, you get the benefit.

Kahvaltı bir Avrupa şehri için fena değil açık büfe kuruvasanlari güzel hep aynı şeyler var kahvaltıda arada değişiklik yapılabilir, ilk gün anlamadığım bir sekilda kalacağımız odayı su bastı diyerek başka bir novotele gönderdiler, sonraki günler otelimizde kaldık, tabi valizlerle 2 kez otel değişikliği hic hoş olmadı 😔

The worse experience o had all my life! 1 AM I was so thirst so I went to downstairs and asked for a bottle water, was 3 men chatting at bar area, so one handle the bottle water and asked me to pay in cash so I told him I only had a credit card or could charge on my check out, he said no and took the Bootle water, I got up set because I was really thirst, so when I went to the elevator to go back to my room. They start to laught of me. I never more in my life would stay there, they treat us like garbage.

Good location. Terrible cleanliness in the entry way of the hotel and also in the breakfast room. Breakfast selection adequate; fruit options very low. Nice people at the reception desk. Would not recommend this hotel due to lack of cleanliness.
