Prenoto spesso gli hotel della catena Ibis in giro per l'Europa, perché sono sempre una garanzia, so che non hanno stanze molto grandi, ma sono sempre pulite, si trovano sempre in un'ottima posizione e il servizio è sempre impeccabile. Questo Ibis però mi ha un po' deluso. La struttura sembrava parecchio datata e un po' fatiscente. In stanza c'era un cattivo odore. La colazione era davvero scarsa e non veniva nemmeno rifornita (per esempio io e mio marito abbiamo finito le ultime due fette di prosciutto e di formaggio, sono arrivati un po' di ospiti dopo di noi ma non hanno fatto rifornimento).

La ringraziamo per aver condiviso il Suo feedback. Siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti di leggere che la Sua recente esperienza non sia stata all'altezza delle Sue aspettative, specialmente sapendo che Lei è una cliente abituale e fedele del nostro brand. Ci scusiamo per lo stato della struttura e per l'odore sgradevole che ha riscontrato in camera; abbiamo già inoltrato la Sua segnalazione al nostro team di manutenzione e alle squadre di pulizia per un controllo immediato. Inoltre, quanto accaduto durante la colazione non rispecchia i nostri standard di servizio: il rifornimento costante del buffet è una priorità e analizzeremo con il personale di sala perché questo non sia avvenuto durante il Suo soggiorno. Ibis si impegna a offrire comfort e qualità costante, e ci rammarica che questa volta non sia stato così. Speriamo di avere l'opportunità di accoglierla nuovamente in futuro, magari in una delle nostre camere recentemente rinnovate, per dimostrarle il vero standard Ibis che Lei ben conosce e apprezza.
