Dear Ben, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations. Regarding the cleanliness of the common areas, we will be implementing checks, as this does not meet the standard we wish to offer our guests. As for the noise disturbance, during your next stay, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance : depending on availability, we can offer rooms located on the parking lot side or on the upper floors, which are generally quieter.
