The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and eager to help . The rooms have everything you need and are maintained to a high standard. Big shout out for Lilou, the evening receptionist.She has exceptional customer care skills and looks after guests needs.She is a credit to the organisation.Thank you Ibis for our wonderful stay in Pontivy.

The pillows are indeed very fluffy and the beds very comfortable, I shared a room with a friend of mine and the beds were not terrible too close together and for a budget hotel, I will not moan. The offer of breakfast for a very small price and clean room with a shower like you have at home. There is an excellent bar down stairs and close to city centre which offers every thing you can need. Pontivy is a good town full of character and good food and lively for a town which is tucked away. If I was in need of a room again I would select this hotel again.

At the end of the day, this is a budget hotel chain. However, this hotel is spotlessly clean, well decorated and modern. There is plenty of free parking too. The only criticism is that it's not walking distance to the town centre, but is convenient for the cinema. We stayed here for 3 nights whilst touring the area and were not disappointed with our family room.

It was an enjoyable stay with all the necessary facilities , a very helpful staff , good parking , and near other amenities . This hotel was one of the best hotels in our tour around the Massif Central and Brittany , facilities and service vary quite widely around France , as awe have found in our many trips .

Hotel has a modern feel. Spacious double room with comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Downside no tea or coffee making facilities in room . Also no coffee machine in reception. If you need to charge your phone there are no sockets at the bedside and only one in the room.
