We are pleased to read that you appreciated our convenient location, the proximity to public transport, as well as the comfort and equipment of your room – especially the Nespresso machine and the spacious layout. At the same time, we regret that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the sofa bed, pillows, bathroom lighting, air conditioning, and overall room features, as these help us to further improve our standards. Dear Maria, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We are glad you appreciated the spacious room and the convenient public transport connections right at our doorstep. Regarding the minibar, we are currently in the process of re-evaluating our concept. In the meantime, we offer a wide selection of drinks and snacks in the lobby and have a refrigerator at the Front Office for any items that need to be kept cool. We understand your concerns about breakfast variety and will share your suggestions with our F&B team for review. We also acknowledge your comments about the lift waiting times and room light-blocking, and we will look into possible improvements. Check-in and check-out times follow our operational standards, but we always do our best to offer early check-in or late check-out when availability allows.
