I regret my choice of hotel. The room gives the impression that it is clean and design. However, it is quite the opposite. We have been in 2 rooms and it was the same thing. Big problem of maintenance and cleaning. There is mold everywhere and stains in several places. It’s filthy!!! I had to go buy cleaning product… The AC is very loud. The staff is friendly and helpful sometime. The buffet lunch is average, I have seen better. The attitude of the hostess at the entrance of the restaurant is really bad. The pool is heated and pleasant.

I booked this hotel through Accor Live Limitless. stayed in this hotel from April 5, to April 10 2024. The hotel is clean and my stay was comfortable. The microwave in the room is very useful to heat up water and food. It is also a very convenient location for my visit to my friend’s place. I would definitely book this again if I can resolve the hotel charge issue. When I arrived, the hotel staff asked me to pay immediately, so the entire charge was debited to my credit card. However, another charge for my stay also appeared on my credit card debited on my day of departure. I was charged twice! I am corresponding with the hotel manager and hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Mylene

Um ótimo hotel, apesar de alguns "senões". O primeiro e mais relevante é o fato de o hotel não disponibilizar estacionamento gratuito para os hóspedes. Isso é realmente lamentável. Entendo que um hotel dessa categoria não necessite auferir seus lucros com um estacionamento terceirizado. Outro aspecto que não me agradou foi o fato de o café da manhã não oferecer suco de laranja natural. Tentei por duas vezes o de abacaxi com hortelã e estava absolutamente insosso. A cobertura interna (uns tecidos presos pelas pontas) da parte do restaurante com telhado de vidro ou acrílico estava suja e mal presa em vários pontos. No box, no banheiro do quarto, sinais de mofo no rejunte dos azulejos contrastaram com a excelente qualidade dos produtos de higiene oferecidos. Outro ponto bastante favorável foi o fato de os pedidos feitos junto à equipe de reservas relativamente às acomodações terem sido atendidos na íntegra, em especial, um simpático e delicioso bolo de aniversário colocado em nossa suíte em função de ser aniversário da minha esposa no dia em que chegamos. Enfim, os detalhes que apontei como oportunidades de melhoria não macularam a boa experiência que tivemos. Todavia, é preciso ter em mente que, ao se aproximar da excelência, a expectativa e o nível de exigência dos hóspedes também se elevam, sendo necessário à Gerência redobrar a atenção aos detalhes que podem ser resolvidos com um mínimo de atenção à manutenção básica e às expectativas dos Clientes. I understand that a hotel in this category does not need to earn its profits through outsourced parking. Another aspect that I didn't like was the fact that the breakfast didn't offer fresh orange juice. I tried the pineapple and mint one twice and it was absolutely tasteless. The internal covering (fabrics held together at the ends) of the part of the restaurant with a glass or acrylic roof was dirty and poorly secured in several places. In the shower room, in the bathroom of the room, signs of mold on the grout of the tiles contrasted with the excellent quality of the hygiene products offered. Another very positive point was the fact that the requests made to the reservations team regarding accommodations were fully met, in particular, a nice and delicious birthday cake placed in our suite due to it being my wife's birthday on the day we arrived. Anyway, the details that I pointed out as opportunities for improvement did not tarnish the good experience we had. However, it is necessary to keep in mind that, when approaching excellence, guests' expectations and demands also rise, making it necessary for Management to redouble its attention to details that can be resolved with a minimum of attention to basic maintenance and to Customer expectations.]

Worst Hotel Experience: Been there before, but now it was terrible

Lots of problems with ar conditioning in the first days, room sofa was filthy dirty the entire 10 days I've been there, curtains very dusty, they rarely change towels and bed sheets and they broke my luggage in the storage room after check-out (left luggage on storage rook on the last day to see the city). Also, stairs were dirty with garbage and spilled liquids in the first days. Staff is very nice, but rarely have the flexibility to solve problems. I don't recommend Mercure anymore. Last time.

The hotel is fine, it has a good location and it serves it's purpose. The rooms have a small feeling to them because they are all devided into a small bedroom and a small lounge area. The bathrooms could use an upgrade, however the shower is great. The staff is a bit of a problem, they are not very focused on the needs of the guest.
