So rude they made me cry!

The staff were rude enough to make me cry, and the cleaner aggressively knocked on my door intimidating me because my Mum complained about them not emptying my rooms bins or providing enough toilet paper. Or vacuuming my floors after staying a week and a half...I think it's suffice to say, don't stay here. I was also woken multiple times during the night by a large banging noise and the hallways wreaked of (I believe) marijuana smoke. At first these people were surfacely friendly and then so rude I can't explain. I feel intimidated, hurt and least of all treated with the worst kind of customer service. Cheap stay, don't risk staying here. By the way, watch out for the young, female cleaner with the nose ring, she's NOT nice, to say the least. They would rather see their staff "defended" for not doing their JOB, then to correct them gently and to see change.

Cheap isn't good and good isn't cheap. Floor was damp the whole time, which was bad enough. Bed was comfortable enough, but ended up with bites all over me. On arriving home, we discovered that we had bought bed bugs home with us from the motel. Never before have I had them, and it has cost us almost $1,000 to treat them, they were everywhere. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Il serait agréable de voir en grand dans quel pays se trouve l'hotel surtout quand l'une des villes est mondialement connue(par les Beatles). Pour moi Liverpool n'existait qu'aux Royaume Unie et pas en Australie.Donc je me suis retrouvée avec mes enfants sans chambre.... Bien sur j'ai du payer cette chambre petit dejeuner compris et la nouvelle chambre à Liverpool (Pays De Galles)

Très mauvais service : accueil général pas sympathique, chambre non faite après la 1ère nuit (séjour de 2 nuits), manque de propreté et entretien y compris dans les parties communes, petit déjeuner sans originalité.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel simple mais correct, pas trop éloigné de l'aéroport. Nous avons mangé dans un très bon restaurant italien qui se trouve à quelques kilomètres en voiture de là.
