Some staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I was given a room key for a room that was already occupied and ended up walking into a couple's private moment. My tv failed to connect to the Internet and the cleanliness of the room was poor. The policies of the hotel are unfriendly as our group couldn't eat together. Security was non-existent and as a woman left me feeling vulnerable especially when room keys could be handed to the wrong person.

Be very wary when you check in -reception staff very keen to get you to pay again! Despite paying in full before we went and having an email to show this the reception staff stated we hadn't paid. Then said we had changed the booking the day before - we hadn't we had only checked in online as requested. Still wanted further full payment for the room. Finally gave us the room key but 40 mins later member of staff came to our room -again stated we hadn't paid! I showed him again and the payment details -finally agreed that not had been paid. Very embarrassing situation and un-necessary. No real apology Wouldn't use Ibis again if this is how they treat people who have paid up front!

Just had a wonderful stay at Ibis Hotel Stratford . The hotel’s location couldn’t have been more convenient, making it easy to explore the city and get around without any hassle. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials to make the stay enjoyable. But what really stood out was the service! The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was a quick recommendation for nearby dining or just a warm greeting, the team made me feel welcome every step of the way. The two outstanding players were Mithaly and Mariya. The hotel is connected to Nandos and many more Restaurants where you can walk around. Will definitely come back. Would highly recommend this 4-star gem for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with top-notch service. I had been here with my family and I had a great time.The hotel is very well located with a lot of shops nearby.The hotel was very clean.The room was clean.Very lovely place.Clean bathroom with fresh towels and toiletries.Great housekeeping with a smile and polite.Clean I really recommend

This is a terrible hotel. Reception staff did not seem to be able to find my reservation or that part of the cost was to be paid for by All Accor points. Room was cold as window had been left open all day. Don't expect to get any sleep. Hotel is adjacent to a road with heavy traffic through the night, so loads of noise and this kept me wake all night even though I was wearing ear plugs. Suggest that some IBIS senior management need to come and sleep in this hotel so they can experience just how bad the noise is. Following day, arriving back at 9.30pm, room window was open, room was again cold (it had rained all day) and insects had got into the room (Craneflies/daddy long legs). No heating and a dirty bathroom floor around the toilet. AVOID this place. Price is exhorbitant for what is on offer.
