I stayed for one night while traveling with work and I was very impressed with the quality of the hotel. The staff were friendly every time I came across them and the rooms were big and comfortable. The hotel pool and sauna area was a very welcome extra and perfect to pop in after a morning run before work. The view in the restaurant for breakfast was amazing looking over the river across the city. I’d definitely return here given the opportunity

Disappointed. Although the room looked nice, as soon as I opened the door there was a very strong smell of drains from bathroom. The t.v. did not work. Also, the main attraction of the hotel was the rooftop bar Bokun 37 but sadly it was closed due to private function. This should be shown at time of booking.

We booked for a 5 night stay over the new year which turned into 8 nights as we couldn’t get home due to the impact of the snow in Scotland. We cannot fault the hotel or the staff. The views of the fireworks on New Year’s Eve were amazing from the rooftop bar. Breakfast was top notch and our room with a city view was amazing. Very close proximity to the underground stations and also the Canary Wharf pier for the Thames Clippers, giving easy access to the city and sights. A huge thank you goes to Jayde at reception who repeatedly booked our room for us to extend our stay while our flights were being cancelled one after the other, but every single staff member was great.
