Appreciated the warm welcome and complimentary drink voucher provided by Cristina. However the temperature in the room was an issue again. Last time the heat was not working and this time it would shut off automatically every couple of hours. Wifi was also not working. However staff was welcoming and friendly as usual.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sofitel Montreal and cannot recommend it enough. Every single staff member was incredibly kind and helpful, but a special mention to Raphael, who went above and beyond—not only assisting with my current stay but also helping me plan my next booking. That level of care truly stood out. The room service, cleanliness, gym quality, and overall experience were all exceptional. I’ve stayed at several hotels in Montreal, and none compare to this one. If you’re visiting Montreal, Sofitel would be my top recommendation—without hesitation. This is a hotel I would rate above any other I’ve stayed at!
