This hotel is no good my stepdad rang up to make booking we came Friday to check in the women he spoke to over phone did not do reservation and the person at desk was trying to blame my stepdad for situation and said the girl who answered "had only been their a month"no excuse and was treating him badly and don't touch coffee machine the mocha is a shocker need Mr Khalid to ring me about this complaint

Staff were very friendly and bed was comfortable. The room was dirty so asked housekeeping to clean but they never did. Hallways were also very dirty and had not seen the vacuum cleaner in a very long time. If the room and hallways were clean I would consider returning but cleanliness needs to improve.

Rooms are small however are worth its value as a member. Service provided is amazing, reception are very well communitive and are very welcoming and are easy to get along with. As a member it's great value, close to supermarket & public transport. Free parking.

Staff was very helpful and professional . Room was clean and perfect for my stay. Air con and hot shower were in working order. Definitely will stay again

This is a budget hotel, obviously I don’t expect the world and I’ve stayed here before. But, this was the worse experience yet. I managed to get a ground floor room this time, no dragging stuff upstairs. ( no lifts here). Yay. No TV reception, advised by staff that TVs don’t work at all. Smokers hanging around outside my window at all hours. Talking and polluting the area around front entrance. Hard to sleep when you have no choice but to hear the conversation and profanities. Wifi so slow. I gave up. Hotspot the phone to IPad and watch a movie. Breakfast was awful. Toast and a machine coffee. Urgh… There was some unusual substances on the wall and mould in the bathroom. Didn’t wish to investigate this closer. I won’t be returning. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience elsewhere.
