素敵なおもてなしをうけました。スタッフの言葉遣いや態度も素晴らしかったです。チャドストーンショッピングセンターに隣接していてとても便利です。シティからの無料送迎も利用し、とても便利でした。また泊まりたいです。

Great business hotel in the Chadstone complex. I wouldn’t stay there if I were sightseeing in Melbourne as it’s kind of out of the way from the main sights but for my meeting, it was perfect. Great room and bathroom. Breakfast was also great!

Stayed at this supposedly 5 star hotel in Chadstone Melbourne. The first night’s meal was tasteless and should have been left in the ocean - Sword Fish! Not to be expected from a 5 Star Hotel’s Chef! The room wasn’t serviced over our 3 day stay, the service team tended to turn up late afternoon when we were getting ready to go out for dinner! Requests for toilet paper just didn’t happen! Complaints just fell on deaf ears, their apologies and promises didn’t eventuate! There must be better in Melbourne, book there!

Lovely staff, nice spacious room, quiet for sleeping, family friendly and a nice bar. Will stay again and it’s so convenient to Chadstone shops. Just make sure you enter carpark F and find hotel parking signage in the back left corner.

Put simply, Really dissapointing. I dont even know where to start. The pool was so packed after 3pm that it was chaotic and overcrowded and we were unable to enjoy it, although the views were great and the temperature in the pool room was on point, the facilities were just far too overcrowded to accommodate all the users. There wasn't anywhere to sit as the chairs and booths were all taken so poor planning that limits enjoyable use of the pool seems to be in the design, but we specifically booked for the pool so in we went anyway. It was school holidays, it's understandable that there would be kids but this was excessively packed and more chaotic than the local swimming centre. I ordered a fruit basket based off the image from the website. I received handfull of grapes two strawberries and an apple two pears that looked ancient and a Mandarin. The fruit was uncut and only a butter knife was provided. Excessive charge of $22 which I did receive a charge back for (they knew exactly why and didn't even dispute how low the standard was) The hotel is also quite new and fittings are falling apart, not exactly 5 star as expected. The entire hotel lacks attention to detail, like grubby handprints all over the fittings, curtains in the room had stains on them and generally has poor service. Finally, buffet breakfast, I was told I would be charged for breakfast for one of my children despite my room booking having us all on file. They seem to be opportunistic with extra charges and lack service excellence. The breakfast was very average, multiple items had run out and not been restocked in a timely manner and there is a 1 hour sitting, even basics like eggs and drinking cups were out and there was a lot of waiting for items to be refilled, some which never were. Wouldn't pay for such a premium supposed 5 start hotel, felt more like a budget stay and the price was not worth the experience. Very underwhelming.
