We stayed at the Ibis Bratislava Centrum for two nights. Close to the old town and to local transit. Check in was fast and easy. The room was OK and the beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet was adequate. Wifi worked well. Basic hotel that gives value for money.

Stayed on level 5 ,top of the house , rooms very small ,only one pillow per person provided. I asked for a second one to be told no,asked a different person the next day and was told it would be put in my room which it was not. I had to put my coat underneath the pillow for added support, we were there 5 days and only changed towels once and no where to dry wet towels. No tea making facilities, very old hairdryer which took along time to dry hair. We took coffee to the room and 2 days later the cup was still there . Breakfast was OK Bar very limited

The hotel had given us a wrong room. therefore, without contacting us, they have moved our things to another room. I have therefore lost my expensive glasses and they cannot find them. I have tried to talk to the manger several times but nothing happens as I have a compensation claim against them. I have sent a receipt for my glasses that I have lost and the new ones that I have had to acquire as I cannot do without them. the hotel starts by offering me 2 nights at their hotel free of charge, which indicates that they take my complaint seriously. However, I have to explain to them that a stay does not cover my needs. I have probably written 30+ emails with them back and forth. now I have been ignored for a month. I am VERY disappointed with their treatment! Otherwise, I had a really good stay in Bratislava and was very satisfied with staying at the hotel.

Good basic accommodation for a short break, excellent location.

Fairly standard city centre hotel. Excellent location, only 5 mins walk to the historic old town centre, and just below the city castle. Rooms were basic but clean. Twin beds are jammed together, so don't expect a lot of personal space if you're sharing with a friend. Good shower in the bathroom. There is a tram line outside the hotel, but the soundproofing seemed good (on the 3rd floor anyway), so I didn't really hear it. Buffet breakfast is €13 and is actually good value at that, some hot food and plenty of fruit, cereals and cold meats. There are numerous cafes within 10 mins walk for other options though. Staff were very helpful when I'd forgotten a travel plug for my charger and loaned me a suitable cable. All staff were friendly and efficient.

Very cosy and pleasant stay in hotel! :)

This hotel is small, but very cozy. Staff is very polite and helpfull, really enjoyed my 4 day stay here. With good rate for stay. Room is good size, cozy and comfortable. Fluffy bedding, closet for clothes, table just next to the window. Nice place for work. Nice bathroom. Good delicious breakfast. Small Bar at the reception , nice for some evening drink and snacks, for a realy good prices. The Best part is location, perfect just next to the Old Town. Around you can find good site seeing/tourist places, small shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Everything is in a walking distance. Loved it. :)
