The whole stay was wonderful, the hotel very good and very well located for the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. A particular positive note goes to Mr Paul Chan at the concierge, who has been very helpful in assisting every need I had during my stay. He is indeed a very professional and kind person!

Excellent option for HK. Convenient location- 7-11 across the road and MTR a couple of blocks away. Coach stop (for mainland China?) outside. Hotel is clean throughout with functional decor and comfortable beds. Reasonable selection of TV channels, and Chromecast functionality. I recommend the upper floor rooms where the ventilation is better. The Maître D at the breakfast buffet permits guests to have complimentary coffee (without ordering food) which I think is a good service. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Paul Chan at concierge. There is a bar above the lobby however it is quiet, even with Happy hour promotion. I did not visit the pool but it looked like a nice space.

I always stay at the Novotel Century Wan Chai. It is conveniently located to all the businesses I deal with as well as the Exhibition Centre. There are also plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. The staff are always lovely and friendly

I have stayed in this hotel twice but the last trip was memorable. It was an anniversary and to my surprise despite their busy workload, Ms Sanki created a wonderful surprise for my partner and me when we entered the room,. She even remembers me by my name when I check-in. She shows professionalism and warm hospitality to a member of Accor. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who travel to Hong Kong. It is not just about the location, and the hotel but the warmest of the staff that make you feel at home, It is also a place that can conduct business matters.

Last time I was here was in 2018. Service then was already excellent. This time around, having done the online check-in, the process was very smooth. The staff at reception anticipated my needs and offered me a late checkout without me asking. The room was well-appointed and well-equipped. I like that Novotel has reduced single-use plastics by using paper packaging for bottles: Novotel Century is very conveniently located near the Wan Chai station. Hope to be back soon!
