The check in is smooth and the staff Tiffany is so friendly and helpful. She upgraded the room for us and offered late check out since she saw we traveled with our child. So thoughtful.

A very good location, there are many shops and restaurant close by. The front desk offers friendly efficient service. The room are well equipped to provide a comfortable stay. Shoutout to Paul Chan at the concierge for a great service during our stay.

i stayed here just one night....hotel was under renovation so some spaces were closed...good but old hotel....nice breakfast with a lot of choices.....wonderful position in the heart of Hong Kong....metro station was very close (200 m)

Have stayed at the hotel several times in the last few months for work. Location is fantastic close to the MTR and Star Ferry with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. I had some complications with checking in and also some deliveries to the hotel, however a big thank you to Paul Chan on concierge who was very helpful to get everything sorted and provide tips during the entirety of each stay. Many other guests who were on the same business trip also commended Paul for his professionalism and dedication to ensure guests were having a good experience.

I stayed laat week during typhoon, the staff is very nice and helpful, especially particular staff named paul chan.really make my stay enjoyable. Really helpful during my stay,give directions where i want to go,and really helpful during curfew while typhoon.will definitely stay again
