Perfect location as plenty of good food options are available within walking distance. The staff especially Kate Kwok was very professional and yet friendly. She has goes beyond to provide excellent service and we felt very warm welcome by her extraordinary care. Thanks again and we will come back again. Alex Tiong

Excellent service from start to finish! The check in staff worked to accommodate our need for a walk-in shower. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and attentive to our requests. The concierge staff was extremely helpful in arranging our transportation. Among them, Wai Leung provided exemplary service! He went out of his way to assist us and personally make sure we got into the right taxi or uber. I can depend on him to arrange my transportation.

Location is great, it's center and lot of good panoramas..great restaurants also. Room is clean, housekeeping service are very friendly.. Staffs are friendly and helpfull specially to Mr Paul Chan....thank u guys🤎🤎🤎
