Dear S.-san, Thank you for your feedback on your stay with us. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear that you had a comfortable 3-night stay. We strive to provide excellent service to all our guests, so we're pleased that the staff member who spoke some Japanese was able to assist you. Regarding your suggestion for having more staff member who can speak Japanese, we will certainly look into that. As an international hotel, being able to communicate effectively with guests from diverse background is important to us. We will consider providing additional language training for our staff to enhance our ability to serve guests like yourself. The feedback about the bath towels and water droplets in the shower room is also well noted. We will review these issues and make the necessary improvements to ensure a more comfortable experience for our guests. Once again, thank you for your valuable comments.
