とにかく近くの駅や商業施設からのアクセスが良く、観光に最適でした。洗練されたショッピングビルとローカルな雰囲気が入り交じったところにこのホテルが建っていて、雰囲気も良かったです。 チェックインの際、旅行の2日目にディズニーランドに行く旨を話したところ、ディズニーランドから帰ってきたら部屋に素敵なメッセージカードとお菓子が用意されていて感激しました。 室内も雰囲気が良く、水周りが清潔な点が特に良いと感じました。

今どきのデザインと必要機能に絞った、都会のこじんまりした空間にふさわしいホテル。気持ちの良いスタッフで快適でした。朝食がサービスは素晴らしいのですが味がもう一息でした。

3泊の滞在でした。 通された部屋が全く景色がイマイチの部屋でした。 海の見える部屋に変更して欲しいと言うと気持ちよく変更してくれて快適な3日間でした。 日本語を勉強中の若いスタッフがいたの良かったです。

We strive to provide excellent service to all our guests, so we're pleased that the staff member who spoke some Japanese was able to assist you. Regarding your suggestion for having more staff member who can speak Japanese, we will certainly look into that. As an international hotel, being able to communicate effectively with guests from diverse background is important to us. We will consider providing additional language training for our staff to enhance our ability to serve guests like yourself. The feedback about the bath towels and water droplets in the shower room is also well noted. We will review these issues and make the necessary improvements to ensure a more comfortable experience for our guests. Once again, thank you for your valuable comments. スタッフの皆さんみんな親切で日本語ができるかたもチラホラいて安心して泊まれました。７泊したので、さすがに朝食が飽きましたが、一つ一つは美味しかったです。
