部屋、朝食、立地、スタッフは完璧でした。本当にストレスのない滞在ができました。 ロビーが少しカジュアルすぎるような気がしてあまり落ち着きませんでした。ラウンジなどもあると良いと思いました。

We sincerely apologize that your recent stay did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Regarding your experience with drinking water, we would like to clarify that as part of our commitment to sustainable environmental protection, all of our guest rooms are equipped with a high-quality water purifier. This system is designed to provide fresh drinking water while reducing plastic waste. We regret if this was not clearly communicated during your check-in, leading to the inconvenience of having to purchase bottled water elsewhere. Furthermore, we are very sorry to hear about the unpleasant smell in your room. Providing a clean and welcoming environment is our top priority, and it is clear we fell short in this instance. We always encourage our guests to approach our Guest Service Team immediately regarding any discomfort. Our team is dedicated to ensuring every stay is hassle-free and comfortable, and had we been made aware of the situation, we would have been happy to provide a deep cleaning or a room move to resolve the issue right away. スタップ全員がとても親切で、フレンドリーだったことに感激しました。 部屋は小さいながらもよく考えられていて、機能面では申し分なかったですし、清掃も行き届いていたと思います。 浴槽のある部屋が少ないのが唯一の難点だと思います。
