We stayed for a week in the property. Our experience from the pick up from the airport, checking in process, stay in the hotel, friendly nature of the staff, accessibility to shops,covid test every thing put together was excellent. Our special mention to the transport manager he was extremely helpful.

We had stayed in other Novotel with positive experiences but this time was not good. First day air conditioner was broken and the worker spent 30 minutes in and out our room fixing it and lots dust coming out from ceiling and I had to call housekeeping to come clean the floor. Hotel concierge service is major problem. They charged my family 1100 pesos per person for total of $3300 to put us in a group tour in a dirty van and others pay $600. We had to get up early to sit in traffic for them to go pick up others in downtown. Tour was cut short because they had to drop off others. We also pay for lunch extra $600. We paid a high price trusting hotel services thinking good Novotel quality tour but this is not the case. It is more like a rip-off by the hotel concierge service. Breakfast is good and the neighborhood is clean.

As a silver member of the AccorHotels I understood am entitled to an extended stay till 5pm without charge, subject to availability. I was told there was no available rooms! But when I made a booking online & showed the receptionist that there were rooms available, he changed his reason for not being able to extend my stay due to Novotel’s policy. I suggest you don’t make offers if you’re not willing to implement them.

The hotel is located in Santa Fe where all the big hotels are. It has an easy access and a friendly staff always ready to help with taxis. The rooms are nice but our was cold when we arrived. We booked an executive room so we were put on the 6th floor and were supposed to have robes and slippers, we did not. It took 2 calls and a long wait to get them. The shower, albeit very beautiful never got hot.The breakfast offerings were varied but not very international. The best was the omelet cook!I was very impressed to find lactose free milk! The waiter remembered the 2nd day what I wanted!Excellent service:)

A hotel with absolutely no commitment with my sleep and rest

The hotel allowed drunk and noisy guests be yelling outside my door at 3 am in the morning. When I complained. They just said, that these drunk persons were coming back from their Christmas celebration like kinda accepting it was an acceptable situation

The room minifridge had a lock on it, I don't know why. The room was comfortable, the a/c worked well. However the room was not serviced in the two nights I stayed there. I appreciate the one free bottled water! I paid for breakfast for the two nights I was there only to find out my flight out was too early to have breakfast on my last day. The hotel did not, and did not offer to refund the cost of the breakfast. The did contact and allow me to pay at the hotel for a taxi which was ready at the early hour. I appreciate that.

Hello, Since Monday 20th I am waiting for a copy of the invoice for me to present my finance team. I had to leave the hotel, it took forever to get the invoice, as soon as I left I called the reception desk and reminded I needed a copy of the invoice on my email. I was told I would receive it on my email... nothing... by Wednesday I sent an email to the hotel requesting the invoice and explaining what I am writing here.. nothing so far. During the stay service was complicated... too long to check in... we requested early check in but had to wait until 3 pm to get a room after 9:30h flight... we were told a voucher was not needed and we could pay extras when checking out, I order dinner in the room and got a call saying U had to go down to open a voucher... I was trying to have dinner... lack of common sense to wait for the customer to at least have dinner and then push for payment... ridiculous... I used to use the hotel years ago and out company changed us to the Marriott on the side of the property in Santa Fe... we plan to go back to the competitor

all fabulous great, they treat me like a tycoon. the first-rate service. huge and tasty restaurant. It magnifies the location. rooms very very clean trained staff beautiful hotel. sleeping superbly well.

The property is in a convenient location right across from Samar shops which has a ton of shops, an upscale grocery store etc. The hotel is up to an Ibis standard not a Novotel . I stayed there for 2 nights and had construction or retrofit work right above my room on my second morning. All i got was "we apologize". This is the last time i will be staying there. The gym is not really a gym, the bathroom are outdated and what an ibis would have. The room had an obscene odor and did smell like glue. The carpets are old and outdated as well. I will NOT be staying at this property again.

Not the same like before

I had better experience in previous visits to this Hotel. Rooms are still in good condition, clean and confortable. Restaurant service is the problem: Cold coffee, cold food, no tableware, slow service... I found my clothes in the floor (some of them). Nobody could explain me what happened. Nothing was missing but I was kind of afraid. Best Marcelo

We were greeted by Javier at the fromt desk. He was very accommodating. Anatalia at the dining room was also very very nice. The room was pretty mediocre, it felt pretty old because the wallpaper was peeling and the carpet had stains. The food needs improvement, on New Year's Eve I had a Fillet Mignon and my husband had pasta. His pasta was dryer than my hair in winter and my steak looked like cow poop. But it tasted decent. The Lava cake had no "lava" but it was very moist and delicious. The next night I ordered it again and it was very dry and very hard. The gym was nice and well equipped, the pool are was pretty cozy, they should consider setting up a little drinks area somewhere up there.

Nice & quiet stay

Good hotel with clean rooms. No noise during the night, however the neighbors could be heard. Restaurant was average. The quality of food was good, but atmosphere was however not really cosy. Did not use the sports facility.

We wanted a reliable brand in the most expensive area of Mexico City. The hotel is surrounded by 5 star properties and right across from an upscale shopping center. Hotel taxi service was available and reasonable. The rooms were comfortable and internet service was good. We were further pleased by a helpful concierge and front desk. Breakfast was good, but one should not expect French quality. Pain au chocolat was lousy but the variety of Mexican items and fruit was very good. All in all, we were very pleased by our online booking and overall experience.

last night was very bad because paint fumes kept coming thru the vents. Tubs are VERY high and it is dangerous to get out of them. breakfast food hot food was cold and hard and was like a week old security was good service was good staff was very friendly

PROS:Good location & value. Employees were courteous. CONS: Card readers for elevators did not work most of the time.. only intermitently at best. Very, very frustrating. Pillows were horribly fluffy which contributed to my lack of sleep. No ATM machine...very unacceptable. Front desk did not sell MX Pesos...not good.
