Very helpful staff . Get stay , the hotel room and Reception has everything you need for a a few nights stay. Never stuck for any thing staff would help if any questions.thank you for a great stay once again

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff who were always cheerful and informal. I was surprised there were no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms, but there was a free 24-hour service at reception. All in all, nice company and good value for money!

Great hotel for price, staff were so helpful and friendly even the nightshift staff were bright and bubbly. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfy. 20minute walk from the hydro. Would stay here again.

Warm friendly welcome given by staff who helped book car in for the car park. Plenty to do as located in a leisure area. Handy for concerts at the Hydro etc . All in all would definately use again if we are evr in Glasgow for a concert.

Friendly and helpful staff, Hotel is located a long distance from the city centre or from any rail station. There are frequent bus services which pass along Paisley Road to the rear of the hotel. Bus fare to the centre costs about £3=50 for an ordinary return. Taxi to Central Station costs about £10-00..My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I did not like the fixed shower head and storage space was limited. I enjoyed the cold buffet breakfast. A microwave oven is available for guests to warm their evening meals I rate this hotel between very good and average. I will certainly stay here again.
