We spent a night in this hotel. It is conveniently located within the walking distance to every interesting point of the city. The staff of its reception were nice but not fully familiar with the Accor programme. We got a room on the ground floor which was clean but had some mould on the bed legs and the sheet was with a few holes. I do not want to mention about the dirty window . This hotel is good for one night and then move on.

Very nice comftable and friendly staff clean and would definitely come again would definitely would recommend this hotel to friends and family probably the best Hotel I have ever stayed in as I'm a frequent visitor to Hull and would definitely stay here again

Okay stay, rooms were spotlessly clean but getting a bit tired (rusty fixtures, skirting coming away from walls etc.). Staff were lovely and polite and provided excellent service. Only downside was the excessive noise in the hotel. Every night you can hear doors constantly slamming all night long (was a massive let down as I needed good night's rest each night), as well as adjoining and above/below toilets flushing can be heard was woken up multiple times throughout my stay. Also the "air cooler" in the room doesn't cool, only provided heat and the hotel gets very warm even on a chilly night. This is no fault of the staff, but the poor sound proofing of the building. Bed was extremely comfy. Good and cheap parking at Osborne Street car park - £3 for 24hrs and a couple min walk away from the hotel.

We came to Hull for the night. Great central location, and the staff were all absolutely fantastic. They gave recommendations on where to visit which was helpful. The room was very basic and fairly clean. Husbands lasagna looked good, but how on earth can you justify charging £11.95 for a pizza when it was quite clearly frozen shop bought?? It was not enjoyable at all .
