Prima hotel. Station naast hotel. Goed en compleet ontbijt. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Minpuntje: kamer was nog niet gereed op de aangegeven tijd.

Met gezin verbleven in het hotel in Greenwich. Dichtbij de metro en een aantal leuke restaurantjes. Het ontbijt was goed. Bar en eetzaal zagen er leuk uit. Kamer was prima. Vloerbedekking en kranen waren wel toe aan vernieuwing.

Kamers zijn erg gedateerd en slordig afgewerkt. Schoonmaak is zeer matig en matrassen keihard/geen vering. Kamer was ook heel warm en luidruchtig (ondanks 'stille' kant). Ontbijt is meer dan prima en ontbijtpersoneel heel aardig en servicegericht.

De locatie en het personeel ware prima. Maar in de douche was er duidelijk schimmel aanwezig, de airco werkte niet en het was veel te warm op de kamer. Verder zat de lavabo bijna verstopt want die liep maar zeer traag door en ook de wc spoelde maar heel gemakkelijk door. De kamer werd ook maar amper gekuist tijdens onze aanwezigheid. We vermoeden dat op verschillende dagen enkel de vuilbak is leeg gemaakt.
