The location was excellent and convenient , the room was well kept and clean. The breakfast buffet was good and in a pleasant environment. The front desk staff was very helpful in resolving a cancellation at another Mercure Hotel in São Paulo.

Good locación. Check in was fast. Breakfast and service OK. Housekeeping was good. Rooms need to be update and the bathroom urgently. The elevator was always having technical problems. Quality-price is good, but Mercure has better hotels

Very poor service, not recommended

One of the worst customer service ever experienced, definitely not recommended. Check in was very poor, no help was given at check in at all. The service was terrible, not worth a 4 star hotel at all. Better service in a youth hostel than here. Many other options in São Paulo, don’t go here.

Pleasant hotel in one of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo

Comfortable room with comfortable bed. To improve, there is a lack of a plug near the bed to be able to charge the phone that we all use as an alarm clock at the same time. The only outlet to plug in was far, not even next to the desk to plug in the computer and it was not well installed, sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not work (room 1105)

Good for pedestrians

The hotel is walking distance from fancy shops and all kinds of restaurants in an apparently safe area to walk even in the evening. Room is spacious, beds are really comfortable and shower is great. We enjoyed breakfast very much. Parking is available at extra cost.
