Very comfortable hotel, nice big bedrooms with lots of extra space. Helpful staff at the front desk. Great breakfast and very convenient location.

Great location and very nice staff! The rooms are clean, convenient and have a nice balcony. Great restaurant choices in the neighborhood! I recommend!

Very good service. We had a problem in our room ( a certain smell) and mentionned this at the reception desk. Guilheime (responsible for the helpdesk at that moment) was very gentle and gave us another room ( even an upgrade) at the same floor.

The room was clean and big. The receptionists are super helpful, particularly Marcelo, Cayre, and Rodrigo. The only downside is the noise as my room was near the elevator. Still, I would stay there again.
