A very irritating experience

This is the worst stay I ever had at a Mercure hotel. The reception area was in a very bad state. The reception itself was chaotic with parcels and papers stashed everywhere. I had to walk through the garage to get to the lift to my apartment. None of the lifts worked. I had to return to the reception. The kind person from reception who came with me also had trouble and it took and additional 5 mins to get the lifts to work. The room was noisy and there was a loud squealing noise when the neighbors took a shower. When I left one of the lifts was out of order and I had to wait 7 minutes for s lift I could fit in. Generally a very irritating experience

Very nice hotel. A little bit inconvenient in going to Tower one through the basement. Bathrooms a bit small but everyone was nice. Victor was our bellman & he was very nice & friendly. Got us additional towels. Having english speaking in the bar would have been nice.

The hotel was great. I loved the breakfast. Although, I really think it needs a waffle maker and some hot chocolate. The beds were very comfy.The room in general was very nice (great shower). Wonderful location and very friendly staff. *Review written by my daughter, but I agree with everything!

I would like to thank the Soraya and Joyce for making our stay the most incredible. It was our wedding weekend and they couldn't have been any better. These two deserve great praise for their kindness and attention. The hotel is in a great location and the breakfast Buffett was good ( please consider eggs to order). Thank you to everyone for making our weekend great.

Not even one bottle of water for free

Not a bad option for the price and very close to my office. The room is good and spacious. The bathroom is very small. The worst part is that there was not one bottle of water for free, all paid for – I have seen worst hotels offer a complimentary water bottle. Their breakfast is ok and reception is always busy.
