I would like to thank the Soraya and Joyce for making our stay the most incredible. It was our wedding weekend and they couldn't have been any better. These two deserve great praise for their kindness and attention. The hotel is in a great location and the breakfast Buffett was good ( please consider eggs to order). Thank you to everyone for making our weekend great.

Not even one bottle of water for free

Not a bad option for the price and very close to my office. The room is good and spacious. The bathroom is very small. The worst part is that there was not one bottle of water for free, all paid for – I have seen worst hotels offer a complimentary water bottle. Their breakfast is ok and reception is always busy.

The hotel is located in a very friendly and convenient are. The staff is very helpful and polite. We had great days staying there. I want to say thank you in special for the receptionists: Brenda, Beatriz, Jessica and Patrícia. I recommend this hotel for couples and singles.

If your work or entertainment is internet dependent forget this hotel

Average hotel for this price range. It has the minimum sheets, towels, soap, and shampoo. Pillow with a deodorant smell from a previous guest. The elevator is small and in these covid times, I felt claustrophobic. Breakfast was not included but it seemed OK. The Internet is BAD. After reading previous customers' comments, I called the hotel about the state of the internet, and the employee guaranteed that they had recently upgraded it!! It is located in a nice area but there are other competing hotels nearby.

Average hotel, without proper infrastructure

it is already upsetting to get to your hotel room at 11pm to find a clog toilet.. What is special about this hotel is that they will tell you to wait until to tomorrow to have it checked.... I am giving up on a 17 day stay at day 3... Accor platinum and never coming back!
