Great staff very helpful beautiful surroundings and extremely clean. I also like the thought of you have a pet friendly environment at the hotel. The bar and coffee shop was incredible stock with great food and beverages. The workers and both area were helful

Very thoughtful and helpful staff. Particular shout out to Samuel, Edson and Wallace for going the extra mile, leaving me with a wonderful memory of São Paulo. Thank you also to the cleaning staff behind the scenes. Nice spacious rooms with a balcony, and a great location - 15 mins from everything I needed and close to the beautiful Ibirapuera park.

Ilegal practices by reservations team

This hotel is out of control. They asked me to pay in advanced for my reservation one week before arrival. I did not book a prepaid reservation. On top of that, they asked me send them credit card info and passport pictures with security codes for them to make this charge in advance. That is ilegal! I would not recommend this hotel unless you want a 1 star experience in a so called 5 star hotel.

It was our first time staying at this hotel, but it will be our place when in São Paulo. The personnel was very pleasant and understanding. We were given some very thoughtful perks and support. They made our stay a wonderful one. Not only that, but the location is also great. with lots of restaurants near by and and well located if you are on business. I definitely recommend this place

5 star price for 2 star stay

Bed was really hard and pillow even harder. For the price you should at least have a comfortable bed and fluffy pillow. Room very dark and needs touch up. Never stay there again. Lobby looks beautiful, but that is not all we need when staying in a hotel, you need comfort. I am happy to be home today and get a good night sleep, which I did not get while staying at this hotel.
