We stayed here this week and was fantastic stay. Staff is very cooperative specially Mr. Samuel. He helped us out of way

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused by the noise during your stay. We did identify the sources of noise, including the construction sites around the hotel, and took all possible measures to minimize the impact. However, the internal parties and events, such as conferences and performances, were scheduled in advance and are part of our service offering for our guests. We regret that we did not meet your expectations regarding comfort and the service provided by our team. We appreciate you highlighting your concerns, and we will work on improving communication and processes during internal events to ensure a more peaceful experience for all our guests.
