The staff are very attentive, especially Jose. He was always running to assist in any way possible. His warm smile was very nice to see everyday

Expensive but well-served hotel. Location is extremely convenient, facilities are clean, staff is accessible… basically you can get anything at any time. Also, there are some special employees that noticeably walk an extra mile to make you feel welcomed (Guilherme, for example, the messenger, always helping me to carry food, bags, and all sorts of stuff up and downwards - even when told there was no need). The small things make this visit to the concrete jungle a little less grey.

Big apartment, with nice facilities worth the price , Jose the guy that works there is very helpful and gives amazing service !

Great hotel and service from Dorival and Jose bags and flight cancellations. Nice rooms and beds with strong AC, and solid breakfast.
