Hotel ibis Valencia Bonaire Airport 2 estrelas

Close to main highways, confortable rooms with good price and private free parking. Very good solution if you don't need stay in the city center. I'll come back for sure when will come to Valencia in the future

Excellent Ibis. Great menu and atmosphere downstairs. Rooms are modern and clean. Loved my stay. Staff is excellent, great management. I will recommend it to anyone driving thru or staying in Valencia. Thank you, I will definitely go back. Pascal.

Stayed in this hotel after an 8 hour drive and decided to stay in the hotel for a meal. Went to the restaurant ordered drinks and when waiter came to take our food order. We both ordered hot food to then told the ovens were not working and only cold food was available. We were pretty annoyed as feel this information should have been given when we asked for a table, and not after we ordered a round of drinks and it had was after 9pm at this point. We chose cold options then as we finished eating the man on the next table was given meatballs and french fries, so we were unimpressed with the situation. Aside from the food frustration the room was comfortable, hotel easy to find and staff were nice. Just think it would have been more helpful if the kitchen situation had been explained better to us.

A pleasant hotel, friendly staff, newly renovated Foyer / Reception / Restaurant area. Limited kitchen but a large Shopping Centre with many restaurants right around the corner. Secure parking. Very good for a stopover.

I had just stayed in a great Ibis in Lisbon, and cancelled another booking to stay here. The access for parking a van is bad, point 1, no reception desk, just a table at the bar, not good. My first room stank of cigarette smoke, so had to move. They charged me for my free drinks ( as a gold card holder), and promised to remove charge but did not.No desk in the room, just some poxy table on wheels, not near a socket, so you sit on the bed to work, no way. Rubbish. Then we ate in the bar. Some fancy microwaved food, very poor value for money, very poor food, a burger and crisps, and an expensive small portion of potato. Should have gone to Mc Donalds close by. Check out at a bar table, was very slow, and had to correct mistakes. Breakfast was poor too.

The Ibis Valencia Bonaire was a nice place to stay. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were nice and friendly and helpful. The room was also clean and tidy. The hotel was away from the center. There was plenty of parking.

We should have been informed before booking, not with confirmation, that the ground floor restaurant area was being renovated. Having said that, the hotel is luckily close to the shopping mall which means a meal can always be found. Hopefully the breakfast selection will improve once renovation is completed.

this ibis hotel is easy to find next to the motorway and a big a commercial zone for a stop over or a business trip. Nice and friendly staff we always stop there and benefits of the fast check in and and check out A good service

Perhaps a little bit far out of city but suited us . Very nice welcome and helpful staff. Rooms and facilities good. Restaurant ok for short visits. We are there only one evening, having spent one whole day touring around city and dining ther. Valencia is wonderful.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is dated, and needs updating to the current Ibis furnishing and decor, but the beds are lovely and new. Also, unusually, the hotel has working air conditioning. Having stayed recently at several other Ibis properties without air conditioning this was very welcome and a pleasant surprise. It was well into the 30 deg and upwards outside. The hotel is on the "wrong" side of the motorway - and there is no close junction, so a long detour to enter and exit the motorway is needed. The options are taxi ( hotel estimated 20€ ) or bus - opposite the McD outside the adjacent large shopping center. This takes about 40 mins and costs 1.50€ each way to the historic center of Valencia. The room was pleasent, and clean, with a lovely power shower in a cubical arrangement typical of Ibis. Shampoo / soap in wall attached despencers. New bed and bedding, and good blackout curtains that kept the sun out during the day to keep temperature down. No or little road noise. Good free and safe car parking. Only downside large CRT tv with few english channels - and only two plug points in room for charging phones etc. Breakfast looked ok, but we did not sample it. Bar service pleasent and fast. Hotel is open 24/7 so no messing with key codes. About 10 miles away is the largest rice growing area in Spain. We too a day to explore and eat Paella. Boat rides 4€ for 40 mins/

Another good IBIS hotel! Clean, comfortable, inexpensive. Although close to 6 lane highway (making it very easy to drive to) it was extremely quiet. It isn't near the metroValencia network but from the large modern shopping mall right next door there is a metroBus (No 160) that will take you into the city centre and back. (Be prepared for an experience ... my bus driver got blocked in on a roundabout and so he reversed - yes, reversed on the roundabout - until he could find a way through the heavy traffic. The best 1.45 euros I've ever spent!) As well as the shopping mall there are lots more outlets and large stores nearby within easy walking distance - making the hotel very well placed.

Typical Ibis hotel. Room comfortable. Ample breakfast. Animals welcome. Not well sign posted and staff not competent to deal with an English telephone call for directions. Convenient for large shopping centre whose address it shares. Secure parking.

The management were very friendly and helpful spoke good English. The free parking was a bonus, the room was very clean and quiet considering the environment. The meals served were very good value. Overall a good Hotel.

Good location, have stayed here previously with no problems. However on this occasion having been welcomed by the very professional male receptionist, the 2 female staff were very abrupt and quite frankly rude particularly with reference in poor english about our dog obeying the hotel rules..We had room number 8, quite frankly this room is a disgrace, the carpet was full of pet hairs and dead insects under the pillows that goodness we were only staying the one night.. The breakfast lady was equally as rude and disinterested as the previously mentioned female reception staff. If there is a next time I will not tolerate any of this behaviour or sub dtandard room cleanliness..

Very nice and clean hotel close to the Airport and the beautiful Bonaire commercial & mall center with shops, booling cinema .... The city center is at 20 min by car. The beaches are just amazing and not more than 20 min from the hotel.
