From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. This is a truly wonderful property, classic, refined and a jewel of the Polish Riviera. We arrived from London and stayed five days here. We opted for half board at the main restaurant and it was a good choice. Attentive service, wonderful choice and great experience. We were super well looked after by Arsen from Ukraine. He was attentive, professional and very welcoming. He recommended wonderful dishes and is an asset to the restaurant team and to the hotel! Special thank you to him! Great stay overall, we are considering to return next summer.

Great service from the moment we came out of the taxi! Everybody working at the hotel were always helping, smiling, giving the «little extra» that makes you feel special! Great beach-area, with the sun-beds. No loud music, great for families with children or relaxing with a book, a fresh drink and a swim. Lovely park-area outside the hotel for lunch and late night drinks among friends and family. Special thanks to manager Karolina and her team for tickets to the Baltic Opera Festival! At Grand Hotel they all go the extra mile for the guest💐

My two daughters and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Grand in Sopot. Our room was very spacious and nicely appointed. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful. Lastly, the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Pan Andrzej - so knowledgeable and professional (and an expert espresso martini maker!) Dziekujemy serdecznie!

Good dining experience spoiled by very slow service

We enjoyed our dinner at the Sopot Grand Hotel restaurant but the waiting time for each course was way too long. We were about to cancel the main course and leave but finally forced ourselves to wait till the end, after all. And there were only six eight guest in the restaurant! Very strange and certainly totally unacceptable.
