Szanowna Pani Małgorzato, dziękujemy za poświęcenie czasu i podzielenie się z nami uwagami na temat pobytu. Jest nam niezmiernie przykro, że nie spełniliśmy Pani oczekiwań. Sprawdzimy, czy materace w zajmowanym przez Panią pokoju wymagają wymiany. Proszę wybaczyć zaskoczenie, zazwyczaj spotykamy się z pozytywnymi opiniami na temat materacy. Dążymy do modernizacji pokoi typu Standard. Zapewne telewizory zostaną wymienione, jednak za ilość programów nie możemy przeprosić - są to uwarunkowania sieci hotelowej na którą nie mamy bezpośredniego wpływu.
