Solid hotel for a first night stay in Poland after a super long flight. Can count on consistent Sofitel performance. Good sized room, good sized clean bathroom. We only stayed o e night which might explain it being a little unremarkable. Time to update aircon so you can select the temp more accurately.

Sofitel Warsaw A hotel without humanity. I visited in 2025 October the Sofitel in Warsaw for a business trip. On the first day I got scammed in a shop for 10,000 dollar. A shop in the center for phony reasons hold back my belongings.( 2 Weeks Later I got rewarded for a compensation when I took legal action.) I wished to ask the police for help but I was concerned just as a tourist anyone would care about me so I thought I ask help from the hotel front desk. Important to notice my profile just to expose the details of the story. I’m a Traveller who is Royal Ambassador client on IHG group and Titanium elite client of Marriott group with yearly 200 nights in the most expensive locations. Now let the horror story begin: I went to the front desk to ask help to call me police and help me to translate. First response was well go to the station this is the address. I told I don’t think in a post Soviet country anyone cares about a tourist and any claim. As in StRegis,Mandarin Oriental or Intercontinental people helped me in same cases I was shocked they informed me they don’t feel interested to help. So I asked for the front desk manager who was the same way neutral and cold. even a person from the street they should help … a client is in this case entitled for help. The lady told me that I used bad tone to demand for help. Well you showed so much dis interest you should be ashamed to even use your disrespectful tone towards a client! So after this argument shocked I went to the station where the police with 0 English knowledge told me … file a complaint and we are not interested. So there I stand … I lost 10,000 dollar. I go back and I tell in the front desk I want to talk to the general manager and complaint and discuss this situation and I’m dissatisfied … this never happened not even an email or call… the hotel team forged the situation that they look good and a client looks bad… So here comes the happy end … I got banned for life from Sofitel Warsaw. First I think you should be ashamed of your behavior and the leader of the front desk who did this should never step on a luxury hotel. But also staying in Warsaw i can tell you Intercontinental or Bristol or Raffles would never treat you like this. I can ensure you. Sofitel hotel management and team plays the role of John Cleese on a new dimension as a real life Fawlty Towers. The moral of the story is if someone is in need and asks for help it is an inhuman way to turn away your head but to even push that person down is a real low level act that can’t be hidden on the level of Sofitel. I hope the general manager reads my review,please don’t trust your staff so much without even asking the client of his claims and issues as this is disrespectful.

Our check-in was swift and efficient, even though we arrived early, and our room was ready upon arrival. The reception team were polite, helpful, and highly professional. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a modern bathroom with a full-size bath and an excellent power shower. All facilities were of a very high standard, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, offering an extensive selection including hot dishes such as bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans, hash browns, and freshly made omelettes, alongside continental options, salads, cold cuts, cereals, porridge, fresh breads and rolls, honeycomb, yogurts, and smoothies. We also dined in the bar area, where the menu was appealing and the prices reasonable. Overall, this is a superb hotel that we would be very happy to return to.

warsaw offers a lot of high class hotels, so i stayed everynight in another one. in march i have been at the sofitel twice only for the nice breakfast, the whole buffet was nice arranged and the restaurant looks preety well remodeled. so i decided to stay on my next trip in o stay in a prestige suite with 58 m2 space. a nice living room and lovley bedroom comes with a awesome shower feat bathtube. the sofitel victoria is mqybe not the newest 5star hotel in warsaw , but everything was good maintence and i enjoyed my stay really. the pool is really special and specially i wanna mention again the great breakfast area. it was possible to check in earlier expected.also nice. the employees i had contacted were all very gentile.

部屋をアップグレード頂いたのですが、結果的に眺めは良い一方で浴槽の無い部屋となり少し残念でした。
