This is a nice, well located hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are well serviced with good amenities and clean. The pool and sauna are quite luxurious and very welcome when visiting Warsaw in near zero outside temps. Nice no nonsence Wi-Fi too. A few small negatives hold this hotel back from a 5* rating. Water temperature at basin and shower can be hit and miss. Have a shave before breakfast in cold water, an hour later it's fine.. Ask for a bucket of ice and they want to charge you 30 PLN + service charge. That is just greedy. Our room had the ajoining door facility, we could hear your neighbour coughing, for a newish hotel I would expect better sound insulation. The breakfasts were nice and varied over our three night stay. We never sampled the restaurant as we forgot to book and it was always at capacity with a 2 hour wait. Would I return? Not sure.

The best sleep I've had in year! Their bed is so comfy! Breakfast was amazing. Service of Martyna is amazing as well!

Martyna, our server in the breakfast buffet was great and very accommodating! She was so attentive to all of our requests! We really enjoyed our stay in Sofitel! Next time we come back to Warsaw, we will most definitely stay here again! Amazing!

We had a great stay at the Sofitel in Warsaw. They have a promotion if you travel with kids in which the second room is 50% off and the breakfast for the kids is included if the adults purchase the breakfast so it was a nice deal. The hotel is very nice, the breakfast had everything you could ask for, the hotel restaurant was very good and the lobby bar offered nice options. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathrooms were clean and nice also (maybe the bathrooms are due an upgrade for todays standards but everything worked perfectly) Room service which we had to use twice was also very good. The location of the hotel is perfect to wonder the streets of Warsaw. There are a lot of restaurants just around the corner, and there is an ATM at the entrance. We would definitely go back to the Sofitel on our next visit to Warsaw.

We had a pleasure to spend weekend in Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel... Fantastic cuisine! Very nice and caring staff, the room perfectly clean. Excellent atmosphere. We will be coming back here for sure and recommending it to our friends.

Hotel is absolutely amazing , clean and beautiful. Staff are so welcoming and helpful , starting from reception thru restaurant to cleaning. Standards are very high for a good and affordable price. I had a great time staying in this hotel. The food is gorgeous as well !
