ホテルに着いたとき案内された部屋が清掃されていない部屋でした。誰かが使った後の部屋に案内されたのでスタッフに言いましたが、「それはあり得ない」とうすら笑いしながら言われました。結局別の部屋に変えてもらいましたが、とても不愉快でした。私があまり英語をうまく話せないからですか？私がアジア人だからですか？1人でポーランドに来て不安だったのに、この対応をされてすごく動揺しました。もう行かないです。

If u want Budget then this is def the right place for u I paid £110 for this hotel for 2 nights b&b not too far from the airport however this is literally a budget hotel checkin was easy we had a room on the second floor and it honestly felt like we were on a sleeper overnight train the way it’s set up got into the room and the toilet was on the left shower was in the room the sink was next to the shower the bed was comfy but there was a wall blocking the air con which didn’t do anything anyway as it was very powerful I suffer from hot flushes and need a cold room and really suffered without good air con I complained to the reception and asked for a fan but they don’t have any the bed was comfy the hotel is opposite their sister hotel ibis. Styles they are illuminated with green lights which the light came into our room I asked for a extra pillow which they gave The breakfast wasn’t all that a few hotdogs in hot water bits of bread cereal tea/coffee etc the breakfast room was like being in a school canteen!! The hotel is situated roughly 45 mins walk to the main train station but Ubers r cheap enough never will I ever stay in an ibis again They have a restaurant at their sister hotel so if u r hungry and serve food till 10pm bar open till midnight

A one night stay in my first ever trip to Poland . It was very pleasant. A good room . Clean and modern. Very helpful and friendly staff especially POLINA whom was so helpful and professional. Definitely my next visit to Warsaw I will stay in this hotel .
