Fantastic hotel in the center of the city walking distance to Old market and train station. Hotel has nice lobby with restaurant and very nice rooms with the view. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is FANTASTIC and the Team is really kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Great location close to train station, next to shopping mall and old town. Clean and comfortable rooms, underground parking available. Excellent f&b like breakfast and menu at restaurant. All staff members with professional and friendly approach.

- The whole building looks like it needs some renovation (for example, the bottom part of our room door had peeling paint revealing the wood). - The staff at the reception (all of them) were quite cold, unsmiling, and we had to almost force them to respond in a human way. In one case, the male receptionist was speaking with a customer and I just wanted to ask for a remagnetization of our cards which stopped working after only one night, so I approached him but he gave me a threatening look translated as "don't you dare come closer." - The rooms are good, although the single beds were quite narrow (I understand that this varies according to room selection). - The breakfast buffet was excellent. - All in all, if the staff is taught to be more friendly, and the hotel undergoes some basic renovation, Novotel Poznan Centrum would be as great as Novotel Warsaw Centrum (see my other review).

The customer service is so bad. The waiters dont serve still water and get mad when you ask for it. They cant make virgin drinks even though it’s just the drink without alcohol? The place is very fancy but you get the feeling the waiters and workers are judging you.

Fantastic stay in the center of Poznań. Helpful service, delicious food, nice apartment, clean rooms and bathroom.

Delicious food, fantastic service, beautiful view from the window. Breakfast is very rich, nothing is missing, there is even salmon. The staff is committed to taking care of the guests and trying to make the stay unforgettable - during my stay there was a Pyrkon event in the city - the reception staff dressed up as characters from movies and computer games! perfect location in the center, close to everything. I will definitely come back!
