Great Stay at Novotel, Malta, Poznan

We have been visiting novotel Malta for about 10 years. During our stay, we have always found the staff very courteous and helpful. In fact, we have always treated them as part of our family. Although Polish is the main language, English is widely spoken.The facilities are adequate and definitely fulfil all our requirements during our stays. The food is of international cusine and changed on semi annual basis. They have the pool open in the summer months that is staffed by a lifeguard.

The hotel is located in a quiet area but at the same time very close to public transport. Nica, clean, rooms, spacious too. A lot of variety for breakfast. The food in the restaurant was also fresh and delicious. Great value for money, we do recommend it!

Twice in one week

The rooms are great, bar good, a little expensive, the only reason for 4 not 5 was that the entire hotel did not have wifi as it was broken, this was devastated because i had to work on my laptop. I would have gone somewhere else if i knew that. That said very professional desk staff and very nice rooms.

Worst stay ever / all closed and hotel clerk and safety don’t care about 10 people making noisy party

Never had such a bad stay - 3 complaints but Hotel don’t stop small group of people making noise like hell at 1am on closed hotel bar terrace - manager and security don’t react and the u turn build hotel doesn’t allow people to sleep as even with closed windows the noise is to loud

Old hotel with poor service

Unfortunately my experience wasn't the best. At the arrival I was checked in by a receptionist that had problem speaking english and when I arrived at my room I found food left on the fridge and some trash in the trash can. Overall I can say that this was one of the worst Novotel I've been as the service was not the best, plus the hotel itself that looks pretty old.
