Very dangerous bathtub/shower

This hotel needs to put safety handles in the showers and install non slide mats in the bathtubs. I had a serious fall two months ago. It occurred on our second day. I have good balance, and after an afternoon walking, decided to have a quick shower. The bathtub is extremely slippery and there is a movable glass door. The bathtub ledge is also very high. I lost my balance during a shower, and as there’s nothing to grab onto, I fell out of the glass door and the top back of my head hit the bathroom floor. This occurred two months ago and I’m still dealing with discomfort as I have a skull / nerve injury. Thankfully it doesn’t appear that I suffered a concussion and was able to complete my vacation with ice applications and continuous pain / anti-inflammatory meds. I hope the hotel corrects these very dangerous bathtubs and I encourage visitors to at least use a towel to prevent a serious accident.

Good hotel , with nice surroundings locations , easy to access for services in Lisbon , clean lobby , but expect to help yourself only by taking luggage to rooms and even taking minibar items out by yourself, the hotel won’t charge you , this is why I like their trustiness and easy deal stuff , nice manner , I dislike is ac is not working , really my three night was not comfortable. 這次住在「Mercure Lisboa Hotel」,從地鐵站到飯店的路上全都是方形石頭路,加上又下著雨,撐著傘拖行李實在很難走。Check-in的時候,我已經是滿身大汗,但櫃檯的先生想要幫我升等,在那邊點電腦點很久,最後還是因為我住太久,所以沒有房間可以讓我升等。原以為他會因此而幫我安排在比較高樓層的房間,結果九層樓高,只幫我安排在四樓,而且還是面對馬路的房間,另一側的房間至少還有風景可以欣賞啊!房間的裝潢看得出來已經很有歲月了,房內的燈光不夠明亮,不適合打字或辦公。廁所有專門洗屁屁的馬桶,用過後覺得還是免治馬桶洗得比較乾淨。洗臉台上沒有半個杯子可以放牙刷和牙膏,也沒有化妝鏡,要看臉細部的話,要踮腳把臉貼到大鏡子上,很難用,且燈光也不夠亮。淋浴的浴缸上方有一個地方會滴水,我懶得跟飯店說,誰知道他們會不會以為是我弄的!冰箱內的飲料,我跟櫃檯確認過,即使我是金卡會員也還是要花錢才能飲用。房間內的空調不夠冷,打電話去櫃檯或Room Service都沒人接,所以我只好特地下樓去櫃檯問是否有電扇可以借,很可惜,沒有。而且昨天想說去兌換迎賓飲料,Check-in的時候沒有給我兌換券,APP裡面也沒有提供!太誇張了!這應該是金卡的基本權益吧!突然覺得我這Accor飯店集團的金卡在這裡非常地沒有用,害我都覺得是不是該換個飯店集團去住了(IHG集團似乎不錯)!在這裡住12晚,我只有讓他們進來房間打掃兩次,打掃的還算乾淨,備品也都有補充齊全。不過,即時如此,至少我在這裡住得還算舒適,畢竟當初我也是訂這個房型,沒有那些多的附加價值,也不會差到哪裡去。

Worst Beds in Hotel History!!!

The worst hotel bed I have ever slept in. I used to travel for work, spending 300 nights a year in hotels. This was the very worst bed I have ever tried to sleep in, in my life! It's like trying to sleep on a beach ball on the middle of a trampoline. Front desk staff are nice, but that doesn't erase incompetence. I asked which # to dial on the room phone for the front desk (because it isn't on the phone) and one said "press 2". Go up and try it through the night, always busy. Ask again next morning from a different one, and she says " dial 9" - Incompetence! Had to move rooms because the heater didn't work: Shouldn't the maids check that? And the thermostats don't work - brutal. Have to get up to turn it on, then later turn it off, repeat, repeat, etc. just insane. "Do not disturb" sign on my door. Maid at 8 a.m. right outside my door is yelling down the hall, opening trash bags loudly right outside. Then she knocked on my door at 11 a.m. - despite the sign and that I am not to check out that day. Incompetence! Skip the incompetence, stay somewhere else if you're trying to enjoy Portugal.

入住当天,我父母带了很多行李,我和我老公想帮他们把行李送到房间,但前台却表示酒店不允许访客进入。这样的规定让人感到不太友好,因此下次不会再选择这家酒店了。
