I enjoyed the hospitality, the service, the excellent breakfast and the facility as a whole as for location I would have expected not to have ibis Mercure and Novotel within 200 meters of each other a better selection of location around the city would have been better

Very well located and with a very good service. Nice restaurant and food. People very responsiveness and gentile when needed. I would recommend this hotel to all type of travels. Particularly due to its location

Receptionists at the check-in counter need more training on how to greet and deal with customers. e.g. no smile, not enthusiastic enough with customer dealings, very laid back and unwelcoming. Also, I was unable to contact the reception from our room as there was an issue with the phone line. So, I had to walk down to talk to them and made a request to provide some tea bags as there was none provided. Person {a girl} on duty on 7/1/20 evening promised to send me some tea bags to my room but they never arrived. So, I went to reception again on 8/1/20 morning to find a tea bag. Which I thought was unacceptable. Also, a man on duty on 8/1/20 morning was rude and his attitude is abrupt. I organised a hotel pick-up to go to the airport on 8/1/20. Since the pick up time provided by the company was too late, I asked this man if he could call the service provider to change the pick up time. His answer was, "no, absolutely not ( very harshly). This is the time you will be picked up and there is no change to this arrangement", So, I explained to him, since it is an international flight, we needed to be at the airport at least 2 hours earlier and insisted to make a call to the service provider to pick us up earlier. He hesitantly called them and abruptly 'told' me to 'go' and pick up the phone at a corner of the room to talk to the service provider. I was shaken. His attitude was totally unacceptable and his reaction to my polite and reasonable request was way below what a customer would have expected from a receptionist working for a well recognised hotel brand. As a member of the Accor Live Limitless, and a unit owner of the Accor chain in Australia, I found it difficult to ignore this kind of attitude from a staff member who is employed to serve their customers. I regret not talking to him to express my concerns about his behaviour then and there.

我期望酒店可以给我做适当的升级,本来就是钻石会员的权益,但只有里斯本给我做了酒店升级,其他酒店都没有做到,里斯本诺富特还是值得让人肯定的

Very good stay the only issue should be to improve the wifi in rooms. Breakfast is good enough, may be I¡ll ask for more fruts. The menu for restaurant is a litle short, not many options. The service is very good.
