Good hotel , with nice surroundings locations , easy to access for services in Lisbon , clean lobby , but expect to help yourself only by taking luggage to rooms and even taking minibar items out by yourself, the hotel won’t charge you , this is why I like their trustiness and easy deal stuff , nice manner , I dislike is ac is not working , really my three night was not comfortable. Thank you for garage fast service , and easy contact

Worst Beds in Hotel History!!!

The worst hotel bed I have ever slept in. I used to travel for work, spending 300 nights a year in hotels. This was the very worst bed I have ever tried to sleep in, in my life! It's like trying to sleep on a beach ball on the middle of a trampoline. Front desk staff are nice, but that doesn't erase incompetence. I asked which # to dial on the room phone for the front desk (because it isn't on the phone) and one said "press 2". Go up and try it through the night, always busy. Ask again next morning from a different one, and she says " dial 9" - Incompetence! Had to move rooms because the heater didn't work: Shouldn't the maids check that? And the thermostats don't work - brutal. Have to get up to turn it on, then later turn it off, repeat, repeat, etc. just insane. "Do not disturb" sign on my door. Maid at 8 a.m. right outside my door is yelling down the hall, opening trash bags loudly right outside. Then she knocked on my door at 11 a.m. - despite the sign and that I am not to check out that day. Incompetence! Skip the incompetence, stay somewhere else if you're trying to enjoy Portugal.

terribly unhelpful front desk/customer service. Just bcs i booked on booking.com could not help me add a night on a 4 room booking and then took advantage of a mistake to charge an extra night. money guzzlers and overall cuatomer service seems to be lacking. Also jot provided the bed that was pirchased in the reservation.

Well located, kind staff and great rooms. I've stayed there for 4 nights. It was in January in 2024 (sorry for the late review). The breakfast room is pretty small, but the variety of the foods is wide. I've always had a good breakfast. I stayed in a standard room. I had no issues at all. The receptionists gave me pretty good suggestions were to go in the city.

Average hotel. I had a standard room on the third floor. Good service. Good breakfast. Poor soundproofing in the rooms (aircraft noise and traffic noise). The bathroom door did not close. The hotel has good metro connections to the city center (the nearest metro station is Jardim Zoologico about 400 m). Poor metro station. Elevators and escalators are out of order, like many other metro stations in Lisbon.
