Breakfast was even better than expected. Great idea to offer oragens so we can make our fresh juice. Excelent location, quiet but in a super nice area. Bath towels could be improved, better quality. Apart from that, I highly recommend.

Attentive staff and clean room. Reasonable price considering it is located in a great area of Lisbon , close to Avenida Liberdade, but situated in a quiet street. Room temperature was too warm and impossible to regulate individually for each room. The hotel offers a decent breakfast for an added amount.

Nice welcome from the staff, very helping and concerned. We had spend few time in this hotel and it was allways fine. A really a good offer not so fare from the center of Lisbon, good price for the quality of a good 2 stars. We will come back

Everything was great, the place is very quiet, clean and the staff are very helpful! They have a great options of food, wine and beers. They also have delicious Ben and Jerry ice cream as an option in the bar. A weird thing for me is that, when I asked for food I ate in the room and left the tray and so on there. In the other day it was still there. They do not took of the tray and the dishes of food of the room. I saw the the other guests leave their trays in the corridor what was weird as well

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, nice spacious bathroom with great shower. Room somewhat small but easily managable. Twin beds small, but bedding excellent, very comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet, fresh and tasty. Also possible to order 24 hours from their bar (excellent quick meals). This IBIS hotel is very well situated, 5 minute walk to Metro station. We don’t need a personal car to visit Lisbon. Somewhat pricy, but again we are in the center of Lisbon. We recommend this hotel.

It was a great time in Lisbon, the hotel location is perfect, very close to the downtown and easy access to the subway and buses. Calm neibor and honest price per services provided. I`ll return there when I go again to Lisbon.

The new bedding they have is quite comfortable and the rooms themselves are quite decent, nothing sizeable, but comfortable. The hotel is modern enough, but the facilities on offer extend to just a lounge area, a bar attached to reception and the breakfast area. Some of the staff were friendly than other staff, but they were generally helpful at least. The location isn't so central, but you can reach a central area within a fast 20 minute walk, so it's not far enough out of the centre to not still feel accessible to reach there on foot.

It's difficult to walk anywhere in Lisbon without encountering hills, but the location of Ibis Liberdade was about as good as could be, very central and well connected by metro stops to the rest of the city. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival, the room was clean and comfortable and an extensive buffet breakfast set us up for each day - the highlight being the opportunity to create your own freshly squeezed orange juice. It's fair to say there are no frills attached, but we were just looking for a base to use as a starting point for exploring Lisbon, and this Ibis served the purpose very well

Hotel well located, close to main touristic areas, restaurants, good breakfast. The rooms are clean, not well spacious but enough to assure comfort. The breakfast is very good with a variety of fruits, bread, cheese,

the hotel was well located, good friendly staff, rooms standard and good, no issues, could spray less in rooms re: to smell good .......internet wifi was good, helpful staff re: directions/restaurants, etc., all v good

This wasn’t our first time at the Ibis Liberdade but we never regret coming back. It’s like family you come back to. It’s the little smiles the friendliness and the nice breakfast options even for vegetarians!

An excellent hotel, lovely breakfast and helpful staff - if only that last bit of hill before the entrance was not so steep!! Otherwise good central location and safe and attractive area. Good value for money.

The hotel location is good being able to walk to most attractions, the rooms were up to the Ibis standard and very clean, the food was as always very good and I especially liked that there were Pasteis de Nata available. What really made the stay above average was the friendliness of the staff.

The hotel is located just off the Avenida de Liberdade and a short walk from the Rossio railway station. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet given the central location but rather warm for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit salad and freshly squeezed orange juice, and very reasonably priced including a 10% discount for our business card.

Very comfortable. Good value for money. Breakfast was continental. Room had comfortable double bed, shower and widescreen tv. My only improvement would be to have tea making facilities in the room. I hope to stay in this hotel again.
