Please rest assured that I have already looked into this and taken steps - and within my team I will make sure that negative experiences are a rare exception in the future. w hotelu spędziliśmy dwie doby, był to rodzinny wyjazd. Zdecydowaliśmy się na wybór tego hotelu ze względu na duże pokoje rodzinne - 4 osobowe oraz w miarę bliskie położenie centrum. Plusy hotelu to: położenie, podziemny parking, duże pokoje wyposażone w lodówkę z mini barem, expres do kawy i czajnik elektryczny. Basen wewnętrzny. Jesteśmy zadowolenie z pobytu.

Had a lovely time in Munich with my family (wife and two small children). Nice play area for kids. Great staff at the reception and bar. The hotel location is a little hidden but is generally well situated in the city. Easy to take a walk to deutsches museum, bus/tram to the zoo was easy. I managed to quite easily run to the englisher Garten for a morning jog aswell. Although there is quite a steep slope in one direction (good shortcut to deutsches museum) where there is a paved path but can be a challenge for elderly/disabled. However it was quite hot outside. The ac was working but we still thought it a bit warm in our room. Luckily we got a fan from the reception and had ha bathtub and separate shower. Didn't try the restaurant but I usually prefer to eat out.
