We had a fab stay which was improved by being upgraded on arrival. The room was clean spacious and comfy. The reception desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Round the corner is Borough market and many really good restaurants. A great base for a weekend in London.

Ok hotel, but zero privacy in bathrooms

Friendly staff, clean hotel. Good (though noisy) breakfast. Located not far from tube stations. The biggest problem is the bathrooms that have the idiotic lack of privacy that seems to be the standard in hotels nowadays. The entire bathroom wall was frosted glass so when showering, your silhouette is visible to anyone in the room. In addition the whole room lights up through the bathroom wall when someone visits the toilet at night. The bathroom door is also not lockable and is made out of two thin saloon style swing doors with huge gaps in them, offering absolutely zero privacy.

I have stayed at Novotel London Bridge and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Front Office team is very polite, friendly and professional. Check in and check out was very smooth. Room was in great size- trust me in London you may see much smaller rooms. Housekeeping’s team, very dedicated and they did job perfectly! Food at the restaurant was delicious and if you book during the check in you have 15% off for food! I did not have chance to have breakfast however it looked 👍🏻 Location is perfect, 5 mins from the tube station. Well done management for all effort that you put in that place and of course well done to your amazing team!

We are surprised to note that novotel which is world wise famous has such poor service in novotel london bridge . We stayed for 15 days but house cleaning was not upto the mark .No water was refill on dially basis and sometimes the used cup was not washed . At the time check out The receptionist was very rude and giving negative response to our housekeeping complaint. We will avoid to book this hotel in near future

Our reception team was not being rude during your checkout we were simply explaining our standard procedures. The room you booked includes a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, and guests are welcome to refill it at the water fountains available next to the reception. Regarding housekeeping, please note that mugs or cups containing any liquid cannot be replaced as it may contain drinks that have a medicine for example. Our housekeeping team follows these protocols to ensure proper handling of guest items. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we hope to welcome you back again.
