Dear Mr Y., Thanks for sharing your experience. I am pleased you found the booking experience seemless and the departure meeting your needs. However I am saddened to hear the breakfast team not efficiently greeting you and the preparation overall when you arrived not being up to your standards. Further to this I am sorry regarding the cleanliness also with the trash bin - please be assured I will pass this feedback onto the housekeeping team.
