Afternoon tea was a very pleasant experience and we were looked after by Tom, who was attentive, courteous and totally professional (a rarity now-a-days). The usual finger sandwiches, scones and cakes were delicious, and our allergies carefully handled. Highly recommended.

Stayed valentine weekend. Arrived to a warm friendly welcome from Ben, who is very personable and inquired what our plans were. Also spoke to the lovely Gaya who asked if everything is ok with our stay. Reception has a nice feel and has more of a cosy vibe to it. Our room on the 5th floor was modern and spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a view of the Shard. Room was provided with safe/fridge/tea & coffee and a welcome card. The bed was comfortable. Delightful bathroom behind concealed door with fluffy towels and a great shower. Quality Rituals toiletries. Location is very good for everything. Restaurant/ stand out service from Samuel/Farroo and Christina who were attentive professional and friendly. Food was good on both nights along with nice house wine. Plenty of choice. Saturday had a great singer which we really enjoyed. Bar is nice and relaxing to enjoy your drinks. Breakfast was very enjoyable good quality food and lots of choice of hot/cold tasty delights. Second time we have stayed here and Novotel makes you feel like a valid customer. On check out we were asked if we enjoyed our stay. A great couple of days in a well situated hotel with great staff and facilities. Definitely recommend.

I am so delighted that I have a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Novotel London bridge. Gaya, Fahad, Ben and Sayed were helpful and friendly. The food was lovely and thank you for Leo, Shirley, Sam and Daniel too. I look forward to come back and stay in this beautiful hotel again in the future

Woken up by the drilling sound from next room in the early morning. We family booked two rooms in the second floor, but have more than 3 rooms next door/ nearby is doing room renovation. Not only the noisy sound, but the duties and dirts all round .

A good hotel in London with reasonable prices. Nice rooms, kind service and good breakfast complete the picture. Not close to the tube, but just two bus stops from. It's the second time here and we will probably return in another occasion. Thanks,
